Hello everyone!
I've joined the forum a while ago after a long time lurking and researching AA's.
I will shortly talk about myself: I am a short guy - aprox.~ 5'9", currently at around 11-12% bodyfat weighting 175 pounds.
I know my stats don't seem incredibly impressive. I will slightly explain how I stand here:
3 years ago I decided to go to the gym because two friends of mine joined so I tagged along.
They're brothers, one slightly younger than the other. I was 132 pounds (very skinny).
During my first months I was extremely lost, only using machines really and investigating how to grow "big" on the internet etc.
No one gave me any proper advice I'm afraid, so I was eating less than I should, only going for protein. I did make some gains during my first year, but really not impressive ones and I feel like had I known what I do know I would've made much better progress. I was not motivated enough and was on and off the gym, I wasn't getting as big as I hoped. I ended the year with around 141 pounds.
However, the younger brother was eating like an animal and made huge improvements in one year.
After some time considering it and feeling slightly jealous I thought: Fuck that, if he could do it so did I.
And I started to research more. At first I simply ate ALOT. I decided to bulk properly and lift heavier, which got me to 165 pounds in around 6 months with some bodyfat I had to shed away. I did and sat at 156 pounds after a few months, during the summer.
Last year came and I went on to bulk again, finally counting macros and starting to do compound lifts (I had never squatted or deadlifted before). I got up to 184 pounds. Improved all my lifts.
Had some extra fat I decided to cut through summer again and got to 159 pounds really shredded (I'd say 8-9% BF).
Since October I got to where I am now.
I started by benching 110 pounds, squatting 154 and deadlifting 209 lbs.
I'm currently benching 255 pounds, squatting 297 and deadlifting 319 lbs (I know I can do more but I need to get straps ASAP, my hands open after 2-3 reps with more).
I've developed a passion for bodybuilding, I can't stay here forever and talk about my whole story but I've made it my ambition to become a bodybuilder and earn a pro card.
I am well aware many of you will tell me I haven't been lifting long enough and should remain natural. But the longer I do so, the more younger people are passing by me, getting an edge as they start to compete and I don't.
Without further talking more about me, I will be discussing my plan:
. Weeks 1-12 500mg Test-E/week
. Weeks 1-4/6 Dbol 30mg/day
. Adex starting at 0.5mg EOD but will increase as needed (pharm grade).
20 days/3 weeks after last pin I would begin PCT:
. Clomid 50/50/50/50
. Nolvadex 40/20/20/20 both pharm-grade.
I just ordered everything today and will be starting in a few weeks. My training and nutrition are at this point very good (I fuck up sometimes by eating pizza once a week or every two weeks lol).
I am looking for opinions regarding the Dbol since I am slightly worried about back pumps (how terrible are they?). I do think it would help me get a good boost to kickstart the cycle and step up my workouts to a new level before the test kicks in, so when it does I'm already rolling.
I would encourage positive posts and constructive criticism, I am here mostly looking for company on this journey, advice and anything else you feel like adding to it!
