I wonder why test flu mostly comes from test and not as much from other steroids (in no-Testosterone cycles)
Flu is rare with DHT derivatives
And almost nonexistent with Deca.
I wonder if it has to do with excess Test while it hasn't had enough time to aromatize into estrogen.
Has everything to do with high dose gear, and nothing to do with
Testosterone compounds specifically. The first available
high dose gear was from the golden age of Mexican steroids. Quality Vet, Denkall, Ttokkyo, Illium etc. Those companies all started making high dose Test that needed double the solvents (BA/BB) to dissolve it in the carrier oils. Then a couple high dose Boldenones and Nandrolones came into existence soon after, they left PIP and mild flu, but were not yet 400mg strength..
Denkall Test 400 specifically, left a nice charlie horse on the ass for days, and we all found that the chills from slightly elevated body temp were relative to, and subsided with the pain over time..
Test flu got its name in the early 2000's when these products first became available, and the usage of the term "test flu" was coined because there were no other high dose compounds besides test in 1999. A year later there were several ass hurting products, but the
test-flu name just stuck. And everything I just told you was from many days spent at the main outlets for Mexican gear in Nogales and TJ, MX back then. They would specifically tell you to "
tell your customers" that they will feel pain from the amount of solvents in the high dose gear, as well as flu like symptoms ei; fever, chills, swollen glands, sore throat...etc. The body's automatic response to inflammation caused by introducing foreign chemicals into muscle tissue. Now add the fact that a lot of people using the old (awesome) Mexican gear were trying steroids for the first time, and they're virgin asses (receptors) got more than they bargained for when they pinned some Test 400 for the first time.
Try any high dose gear of the utmost quality in 2019 and you will still suffer PIP and get the shakes for a few days after. But like anything else, the body will start to adjust and that flu feeling will become less and less. Very much like how opiate addict's bodies adjust and get used to drug dosages, and then build a tolerance. Our bodies adjust to everything
