Test level qustion

It's not me who is cycling AAS which is the reason I asked you to post what you believe you should do and WHY
I believe I need to try and recover but I'm not sure if I need to do something like hcg or run another pct or if I just need to wait it out also I have a dr appointment Friday do you think it's a bad idea to tell my dr the truth is be able to report me

And the reason y I think I should try and recover is because I'm kinda to young to be on trt for the rest of my life

What we have here is a "failure to communicate". Ah but the real question is "how long has this bullshit been going on"?

That means either you NORMALLY ran a low TT or have been less straightforward about the duration of not only this cycle, but others and their contents. Of particular concern is the use of Nandrolone especially for prolonged (months) periods

How much TT atrophy have you developed bc I'm guessing its significant as it's presence readily explains why your TT levels remain low in spite of a solid LH value. I also suspect it's unlikey you ever used PCT appropriately which would include LABS and the use of ONLY Pharm grade SERMS.

At this juncture my suggestion is HCG for several weeks with repeat TT level thereafter.

Oh and if you continue to cycle I can promise you will need long term TRT and for a 28 YO thats not GOOD!

Thank you dr so how long after I stop the hcg should I wait to have my bloods done

I would suggest PHARMACEUTICAL HCG at 1000-1500IU every 2-3 days for TWO WEEKS and a TT level at the end of WEEK TWO. (My preference being 1000IU every other day)

The idea being to see if your gonads will respond as they may not.

Do not stop the HCG until your lab reports have returned.

Good luck

Ok I will do that and if they don't respond is TRT the next step

!

Oh and just so you know those comments were aimed at the putative physiological processes that were responsible for your lab results, rather than yourself OP :)

Perhaps but let's see what happens first as most respond in due course AND even legitimate TRT will DELAY natural HTPA recovery.

It's just not something I recommend for 28 year old, with AIH!

The point to remember, the COMBINED time on cycle EQUALS time off for HTPA restoration.

I've seen many AAS users cycle several drugs for MONTHS and months wondering why a single course of PCT hasn't led to natural TT and LH/FSH levels.

So what now Doc TRT, HELL NO, stop cycling or enjoy the nads of an 70-80 yo.

Ultimately once again your 28 so the decision is yours and as long as you understand the risks and are willing to accept them, that's fine.

Of course my bias is natural recovery!

So here's a recap dr I'm going to run the hcg and then get bloods if I recover down the road I'm not gonna lie to you I will probably cycle again but much shorter runs and do a better job with pct

his elevated LH and FSH levels are suggesting he did run a PCT.
not sure what HCG would do, it mimics
LH, but his body is already making lots of LH.

You could go ahead and talk to your DR, but he will probably suggest you wait it out and see if your gonads come back to life.

40 years old
I did hcg for a month last summer and it messed me up big time. My cycle ended mid February and I did clomid for a month. Seemed to come back ok but not great. My 12 week cycle was trest deca 375mg per week with oral trest and a dbol ph. Great cycle but that trest shuts you down like a mofo. Any way did the hcg in June and after 2 weeks my dick hit the wall. I got so bad off not even pt 141 would work. Got bloods and my tt was 27. Doc put me on 50mg clomid every other day in September. After a few months I managed to get to a tt of 400. I'm still on the clomid. Buy the way none of the research clomid I ever had made me fell so tired like the stuff from CVS. I think this shit is almost always under dossed. Have used clomid from 3 places, all there other shit seemed great.
