Sounds like a decent way to do it for my own lifestyle, do you reckon that you've more mass in general doing cycles this way rather than never having done a cycle

yes, cycles always skyrocketed my strength and kept it after, and I think juicy shoulders and traps are pretty much permanent if you keep training hard.
 
Are you on cruise dose now, what you describe in your other thread (150mg ew) ? if you are on cruise you do not do a pct.
