For 6-8 weeks as a goal...
I was going to stagger the Mast for a week or two, to see how the Test alone felt, but then I didn't. So, there went that, I know I know bad idea...[emoji20] if anything starts feeling funky I'll drop the Mast first before abandoning ship.
And let's avoid the whole woman taking Mast thing lol
I started last Tuesday 17MAY so I pinned Tues|Thurs|Sat|yesterday and I'll hit it tomorrow. Pinning first thing in the morning before I workout which makes no difference.
Using a 27g 1/2" slin pin for draw and pokes. It takes sooooooo long to draw dear goodness lol if anyone is wondering, choose to just back load the slin pin, even if you don't want to do a ton of them it's just quicker.
Pinning a rotation in quads. Have had no pain upon poke...a tiny amount of PIP the first two times feels like someone gave me a frog in the outer quad and lasted a couple days but it wasn't preventing anything and yesterday I didn't experience it.
I think that's it. Increased sensitivity down there as of yesterday -____- no good because I'm visiting family and not with my fella. Lol.
Also..I benched 195# for 3 sets of 5 today....maybe the gear, maybe it's Maybelline.
