Test P + Mast P Cycle Log

simple:

10mg EOD Test P
10mg EOD Mast P

For 6-8 weeks as a goal...


I was going to stagger the Mast for a week or two, to see how the Test alone felt, but then I didn't. So, there went that, I know I know bad idea...[emoji20] if anything starts feeling funky I'll drop the Mast first before abandoning ship.

And let's avoid the whole woman taking Mast thing lol

I started last Tuesday 17MAY so I pinned Tues|Thurs|Sat|yesterday and I'll hit it tomorrow. Pinning first thing in the morning before I workout which makes no difference.

Using a 27g 1/2" slin pin for draw and pokes. It takes sooooooo long to draw dear goodness lol if anyone is wondering, choose to just back load the slin pin, even if you don't want to do a ton of them it's just quicker.


Pinning a rotation in quads. Have had no pain upon poke...a tiny amount of PIP the first two times feels like someone gave me a frog in the outer quad and lasted a couple days but it wasn't preventing anything and yesterday I didn't experience it.

I think that's it. Increased sensitivity down there as of yesterday -____- no good because I'm visiting family and not with my fella. Lol.


Also..I benched 195# for 3 sets of 5 today....maybe the gear, maybe it's Maybelline.
 
Quads fucking suck. For me anyways... swore after last time pinning them it was my last.
It wasn't too bad, but how about I forgot about PIP being a thing, so the next day I was like what in the EFF did I do to my leg..I was rubbing it and stuff [emoji23][emoji23] I didnt get it as bad after. Like first time was worst..then second was shit...then third wasn't really an issue and I have no pain post inject from yesterday

RIGHT!!! I had to get myself a real talking to about it before the first. My experience is it ain't that bad. Like I said felt like I took a small knee to the outer quad. But I couldn't imagine that feeling in mi arse. I may pin everywhere just for experiences. Because I'm that kind of weirdo
 
Shoot some suggestions. I'm not pinning mi arse...I want to try bicep just because everyone makes such a big deal.

Delts are my favorite place to pin. My left one in particular because I'm right handed. Glutes are really easy and quite forgiving. I've never pinned biceps but maybe I'll try it tomorrow. I've never pinned oil in my triceps but I like to pin hcg there... It's easy to flex that muscle though and that's not ideal when pinning.

Quads just feel fucking wrong as soon as I start to inject. Like I hit a nerve or vein every single time. The pain is gone the next day but no more of that shit for me... wish I could though since they are about the easiest location.

Haha, I can so imagine. I'd be giving myself a pep talk too! I can handle a knee to the outer quad but blacking out after pinning? No thanks!

You have to try pinning your glutes at least once. I would think it would be painful, though. There was one time that I had strep throat when I was in my 20's, and the doc gave me an antibiotic shot to my behind. I thought I was going to pass out. Lol
 
No. Its my bodyweight so not so impressive eh? Also I had a total knee replacement 6 months ago so I can't squat much. I can deadlift like a beast though. Just not interested I suppose. It'd make it a job.

I hear you, they have bench only and bench and deadlift only meets, too. Bodyweight multipliers aren't the same for women on bench though. Low to mid 200's is considered elite in most powerlifting federations at that weight. Competing or not it's very impressive.

No bull?? I didn't know. Thanks for enlightening me. That's rad because I'm determined to hit 210 before I stop the weekly adding weight thing I've been doing the last two months! Ha! I feel almost elite lol

Okay so tomorrow I'm trying mi bum. Then Friday I'm doing delts. And Sunday I'll do biceps. We will rotate all the possibilities and I'll bitch at y'all when they feel like crap. Quad felts like loveliness first time. And when I aspirated the syringe and had nothing it made me feel safe and secure lol
