Test/Primo/Var

While everyone is so engaged, would you do Test 500 or Test 250, Primo 450 for lean tissue gains?

Also thinking of adding 100mg Tren E to help aid fat (along side a clean diet. I read this dose will aid in nutritional partitioning). Anyone think this is a bad idea?

250 test 450 primo is killing your e2 ,better do 500 test 450 primo. Tren 100mg I like.

low dose 20mg for 8 weeks messed up their LDL pretty badly.

And here's a page of "trust me bro" anecdotes of people wrecking their lipids

It’s not that simple and clearly dosage and cycle length dependent. The effects of oxandrolone on liver function and lipid metabolism have been extensively studied. Here are some key findings:

  1. Liver function:
One study published in the Journal of Pediatric Endocrinology and Metabolism investigated the effect of oxandrolone on liver function in children with Turner syndrome. The study found that long-term treatment with oxandrolone did not have a significant effect on liver enzymes or liver function tests, suggesting that it is relatively safe for the liver.

However, another study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism reported that high doses of oxandrolone (up to 80 mg/day) can cause liver damage in adults, including elevated liver enzymes and jaundice.

  1. Lipid metabolism:
Oxandrolone has been shown to have both positive and negative effects on lipid metabolism, depending on the dose and duration of treatment.

In one study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, low doses of oxandrolone (0.125 mg/kg/day) were found to improve lipid profiles in young men with HIV-associated wasting syndrome. The study showed a significant decrease in total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides, and an increase in HDL cholesterol levels after 12 weeks of treatment.

On the other hand, high doses of oxandrolone (up to 80 mg/day) have been shown to have negative effects on lipid metabolism, including increased LDL cholesterol and decreased HDL cholesterol levels.
