Test Results High Prolactin

So, it has been several years since I used any gear. After a long hiatus, I'm getting back in the gym and hoping to get in good enough shape to justify using gear again, but I've been struggling with depression so doc called for a blood test. Surprise surprise! Low test. Specifically:

Test: 242 NG/dl

Free test: 5.9pg/mL

Also,

Prolactin: 33.9 NG/mL

FSH: 1.5 mIU/mL

LH: 4.8 mIU/mL

Doc seems unconcerned though he acknowledged several things are out of healthy range. He said we could try some natural remedies. I feel unimpressed by the suggestion and may change docs. Do yall have any feedback about what I've got going on here? I wanna get everything normal before I do a cycle. Prolactin appears to be more than double the healthy range. Test is low. Free test is low. FSH is low.

How old are you?

I'd just buy some test, and blast and cruise for life.

Buy some caber and take half a milligram before you start your cycle then order prolactin and bloods again on week 7-8

P5p is active b6. It may help taking 300 to 600mg a day to see if it helps with prolactin before venturing into caber or primi.. trt or you can try Enclomiphene first if your hesitant on getting on trt for life.

Dumb question but are you taking anything that might be raising your prolactin?

SSRI's are supposed to contribute to higher prolactin, I've even heard of modafinil and weed effecting prolactin.

Proloctin is also elevated after eating, exercise, sex, and stressful events. If your thyroid is a hypo I understand that this raises prolactin as well.

At the end of the day I've also heard it said many times that if you're not lactating from your nipples, don't worry about prolactin level. Maybe that's bro science.

High prolactin will give you gyno long before you start lactating. It's absolutely something that is important and you want to keep an eye on.

Here's a study in it if interested
This was an interesting read. I had not previously heard of this approach. Thank you.

I'm taking an antidepressant that might raise prolactin.

This is the approach I was leaning towards prior to posting. Thanks

Endocrinology apparently is the bottom of the medical specialties, some doctors even skip it. Hence, some gym bros are more knowledgeable than docs when it comes to hormones. Plus, urologist and Endocrinologists use protocols from the 70's and have no clue about recent advances in hormone replacement treatments.

Keep pushing your doctor to help you, that's what I did, got me a script and regular blood work because I kept on bugging him I felt like shit every month lol.

I have high prolactin too have tried natural remedies Vitamin B, caber got in back to range but I felt the same so let it return to high, should I be concerned?
