Just had blood work done and my testosterone came back 7500ng/dL. I haven’t put on any size at all since starting my cycle- is it possible the gear is no good with that test number?

lf your total test is 7500 ng/dl, there ain't nothing wrong with your gear. Most guys would have to take 1200+ mgs of test a week to get levels like that.
lf your not gaining size on that, there is 100% something seriously wrong with your diet and training.

Ive been training hard and sticking to a diet but haven’t felt anything different even with the dbol
 
how many mg per week are you taking?
How long after the last injection did you draw blood?

7200 is a very very high level.
I'm sorry mate, but I stand with whoever told you that if you don't get results with such testosterone levels, then there is something wrong with your routine.

750mg test 600mg npp 750mg EQ / week and 50mg dbol ed

I inject mwf and the blood test was done on a tuesday- so at least 24 hours
 
Time to get a coach or admit this sport is not for you and immerse yourself into another discipline.

If people can grow naturally while you can’t on that much testosterone in your bloodstream and you're positive your nutrition and training is on point, just hang it up and accept that you're not built for this. Not a knock on you OP, but I'm just saving you the time and effort not to chase something hopelessly.
 
I got a feeling these are new types of trolls, they create some bs thread and want to get reaction for some reason. Perhaps a combination of no life, mental problems and lack of attention, I'm sure there is some condition these trolls share.
 
No troll. im not the kind of person that plays around on the internet. Just trying to figure out what to do from people that know
 
Quite using steroids and learn how to train. There is noway there is nothing wrong with either your training or diet.

You could sit o n your ass and do nothing just eating food and injecting gear and you would have gained muscle. So you are not eating enough
