Test/Tren Cycle

Currently running 500 Test and 150mg Tren. This is my fifth cycle.
I'm going to run it for about 12 weeks depending on how my body reacts to Tren and how well I am able to tolerate it.
Male, 21 years old, 6'1" and 83kgs.
Been working out on and off for about 3.5 years and taken my training more seriously for the last 2 years.

I have had a very athletic and an active lifestyle throughout my whole life, so I am pretty lean and have been as long as I can remember. I've struggled with gaining weight my whole life.

My first cycle was 500mg test for 12 weeks. Gained a lot of strength and a lot of muscle. I have some before/after pictures but I'll dig them up from my gallery and post them later on.

My second cycle was 600mg Test for 14 weeks. Nothing much to add, pretty much identical to the first one. Maybe a little bit more of acne on my chin and back but nothing remarkable per se.

My third cycle was 500mg Test and 300mg Masteron. Gained some size and roundness, strength went up a little bit. I swear to god I had to take a piss every 20 minutes but that was because of the Mast.

My fourth cycle was 500mg Test and 400mg EQ for 18 weeks with an Anadrol kick-start 75mg ED for 4 weeks. For the third week I lowered my Anadrol dosage to 50mg-s because my blood pressure increased and I started to get some headaches pretty often. The headaches weren't anything bad or life changing but I decided to listen to my body and not let it suffer so I lowered the dosage to 50mgs. About 1.5 weeks in strength definetly went up and saw some little changes in my physique. More definition, delts a tiny bit more capped and so on - Anadrol was doing its thing. Overall, I'd say it was a pretty solid cycle, gained about 5-6kgs and very little fat.
I definetly could have made much more out of my cycle hadn't I started lacking at some point. During my fourth cycle I didn't eat properly anymore, didn't track my progress that much, went out a little bit more and got lazier with the gym which definetly wasn't optimal, especially when you are blasting.

After my last cycle I cruised on 200mg of Test for about 3 months and decided to hop on another cycle.
500mg Test and 150mg Tren. I started my cycle on 3th of February and so far I haven't noticed anything bad on the side effects but I'm just only about 2 weeks in so I assume that the sides will hit harder in about 2 weeks time.
The sides I've noticed so far are that I've had some mild insomnia and anxiety on the days when I have a bad night's sleep.
I experimented and came to a conclusion that magnesium does wonders for my sleep so I megadose Mg before my sleep and I can get a really nice rest in.
I have also noticed that my body temperature has increased a tad bit but nothing to be concerned of so far.
No constant mental changes or anxious thoughts so far but I expect this to change. Or not. We'll see.
I'm also using Tren Acetate so that when the shit hits the fan so bad that I can't tolerate it anymore(which is a possibility), I will drop it and it will clear out from my system rather fast.
I think all in all, I'm not that great of a responder to gear overall, I'm not some kind of a freak but that means that I also get fewer sides. For example from my previous cycles I know that I'm not a big aromatizer.
Of course I have an AI at hand and if I start to notice E2 sides, I will also use it accordingly.
I drew bloods before the cycle and the markers are fine as of now. Cholesterol was at the higher end a little bit but nothing of concern.
I wanted to add 50mgs of Anadrol ED for the first 4 weeks too since I actually really liked adrol from my previous cycle, but I decided to keep it off for now and see how it goes with tren first

The goal of this cycle is to add mass and stay as lean as possible(bulk up to 90kgs or a tad bit more) and experiment to see what effects does Tren have on my body and what it will do to me.
I'm going on a lean bulk for this, so my calorie goal is 4000 calories ED. I have done this kind of lean bulk in the past and bulked from 68kg to where I'm now, about 83kgs. (It's been a longer journey than it would have been if I had just done a regular bulk but it has worked for me so I'll continue with it).

I'm on a bulk and on a road to 90kgs. I'm currently eating about 4000 kcals a day and trying to get in at least 250 grams of protein a day.
I basically eat anything I can get my hands on but have limited my junk food intake. My go to foods are lean meats - chicken, steak etc + eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, curd etc... I'm not really a picky eater and I am a pretty monotonous eater(I can eat the same food 100 times over and over again) but I choose foods that are easy to eat and that go down without a big effort. For example (usually) after dinner I mix 600 grams of curd with 50 grams of protein powder and bam - I get about 90 grams of protein in with 900kcals. And it's very easy to eat, goes down without any problems or having to force feed my self + it tastes nice and it's pretty healthy since there isn't really much sugar or fat in it.
Anyways - to conclude I can eat anything but I try to keep to healthier foods and limit my exposure to junk/fast food.
I'm tracking all my calories and meals with MyFitnessPal.

For supplements I take NAC 300mgs a day for liver support, Zinc 25mgs a day, Omega-3 2000mgs a day (with EPA 360mg and 240mg) basically to support the whole organism - heart, brain function and so on. I also take Vitamin D, Vitamin C and Mg as I already mentioned before.
That's it for supplements, I don't see the point in taking a 1000 different supplements because I think that these support this cycle pretty well and keep the damage Tren does to my body to a minimum or at least mitigate it a little.
Of course there can occur instances where I discover that I need to take something more and then I'll add it to my supplement stack but for now I won't overdo it with the supplements.

I have a personal log that I'm keeping but I also decided to start the log on here to keep myself accountable and keep it updated with my progress and changes.
I will also add some progress pictures later on.

Regarding training I am keeping it simple and running a PPL 3 day split 2x a week + cardio 2 times a week. Probably going to makes some changes in the coming week to my split but we’ll see.

Any suggestions regarding the cycle are welcome. I thought that maybe I should lower the amount of Test? I'm definitely not going to increase Tren intake as of now.

Sorry, I might have messed up some timelines and dates because I haven’t kept exact track of when I started going to the gym on a more frequent basis but as I mentioned I’ve been active and had a very athletic lifestyle for as long as I can remember. I don’t want to create any confusion, it’s just that I’m not that good with specific dates. Apologies for that.
I stepped my foot in the gym when I was 14 years old, trained for some time and then took a break since I did other sports and so on - so it went on like this for a few years. But I started to attend the gym more frequently 3.5 or even 4 years ago and that was the time when gym was the only thing I did sports-wise. I was just a casual gym goer and it was more like a hobby. Now for the last couple years I have taken gym more seriously and programmed my splits, recorded progress and my calorie intake etc. Now thinking about it I've been training seriously for more then only 2 years. I'm going to do some digging and see if I can find older training logs so that I can give you more precise data on my timeline. I added the dates on the original post from the top of my head.
I started my first cycle at the end of 2022 or so. And I’m currently on my fifth cycle so I have done 4 cycles in total so far.

And just to mention beforehand, I know that I should not be cycling so early on and I am aware of the risks and the downturns that I may not even recover from. I know these are not the substances to mess around with at such a young age (I don't endorse this and the use of PEDs) but at the end of the day, my intrusive thoughts and impatience got the better of me. I have just wanted to experiment and see what different compounds do and how my body reacts.
I'm here for advice on how to get the most out of my cycles (and how to mitigate the possible sides/damage) now that I am in and to gain more knowledge prior to the research I have already done before running these compounds.

What's wrong with these responses. If you can't help the kid then don't reply.

After reading everything you wrote try 750 test with 300 mast this time for 12 weeks. Post those pictures you said you got of your other results here.
Does it matter what type of ester ?

Because it’s not very believable, and where’s the pics you asked for? We will wait and see what 5 cycles by age 21 does … and not a single update lol

Eat, eat, eat, eat. Trainings the easy part

why no pictures op? i wanna see what 4 cycles looks like on someone so young, i hope the best for you keep safe at least

5 cycles at age of 21
training seriously 2 years
hmmmmm
not adding up bud

Agreed, I was tempted to say the same. Then I saw your essay.

I will say, OP, you come in here a lot more educated than even some 50 year olds, I will give you that.

But @shabsofthemoon is right, at 21 & only 2 years in you should be reaping those beginner / young 20’s gains.

Obviously there is no going back but seriously consider the fact that you’re still developing. Don’t mess up your body more than you already have. Or your mind, which once again is still developing. Your brain isn’t even fully developed & you want to run the most psychologically taxing compound. Not smart dude.

It’s probably not going to look much different than a 21 year old who eats and lifts correctly.

When I was 21 & natty people were already asking me if I was on gear. At that age you just boom.

He is 21 so he is already reached his fully height
so no difference between starting now or later

His brain isn’t even developed and his testosterone naturally should be optimal. It’s not just about growth plates in your brain
"25 fully developed brain" is a myth and was based on misleading study , thanks for reddit for spreading this shit

brain effectively mature at 18
