Test Tren Mast Recomp

Sounds like a keto diet? Maybe a bit light on fats to be keto?

Is keto what you would have been on were it not for the hand injury?

What's your experience with gains while eating near zero carbs?

BTW, try the Bulletproof coffee - 2 cups of strong coffee in the blender - add 2 tbsp of butter, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 thbsp of heavy cream. Froth in blender - yummy!!!

(I'm on keto now - first time - started 10 days ago, curious to hear what BBs say about it. I'm already below 15% so I'm not like the "typical" person they write about online with 100s of pounds of fat to lose. If I can drop 5 lbs of fat, I'll look great, if I can drop 10lbs I'll look amazing - in my book anyway.)

Refer to one of the other twenty or thirty times you've asked me these questions.

Don't tell me what type of day to have, officer.

I remember you and your OCS high horse.. down talking infantrymen, the back bone of this fucking nation.

I remember the ridiculous orange shirt and all the times you've asked about keto.

You STILL hold a grudge because I shared some article with concern over the declining abilities of fresh recruits? That was based on facts. (Assuming I recall it correctly, that was a while back.) Man, try to separate general trend observations from personal insults.

What have I specifically asked YOU about keto? I've only been on it less than 2 weeks, and decided to do so about 3 weeks ago, so you can't have been inundated with questions.

More importantly, why not either ignore or simply answer the question?

I think the nation's backbone is lost, more or less. Separate topic.

Orange is quite the popular color now. You'll see more of it.

Additionally, any one who was a POG and talks down upon infantrymen, a job they lacked the balls to do, is very low down in my books.
A grudge? No. I just recall who you are, and as far as I can tell, you aren't someone I would like to be around.

Blood pressure brother...
Do it safe. Tren isn't your friend

My blood pressure went from 117/57 to like 186/60 while I was laying on the bed waiting for surgery. Legs are still a bit swollen from surgery. They forgot to wrap these things over my legs to keep blood circulation going.
And I'm about 95% sure they didn't fix my middle knuckle. Plus started surgery 4 hours late so I was pretty dehydrated.

I know I'm just a stupid grunt, but I never forgot how to tourniquet, needle D a lung, or get my buddy on a skedco, identify our position on a map, and get 5 lines in to get a bird off the ground while getting shot at.
Can only imagine what it would be like having all the time in the world and a checklist to follow... must be hard being a DoD civilian.

Worked out finally.
Did extensions and curls and lots of calves.
Then 6 minutes tabata "sprints" on the stationary cycle. Last 2 minutes was more of a "slight peddle" for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of heavily concentrating on not dying.

AWESOME FUCKING NEWS -
The gym I am switching to is basically a fucking dream come true.
No initiation fees. $30/month. No contracts.
Local guy owns it and doesn't care about much other than being respectful to his gym, and not being a panzy.
Still actively working on not being a panzy.

Getting in some shlaw, Thai chili, lemon pepper, and beer can drumststicks

Physique update? Meh.

You gimped, broken hand, ass... Your physique is still fucking stellar. Next time, don't let faces run into your fist like that, and get your full proper cycle done. :)

Oh, and learn how to cook eggs! Those fuckers are overcooked (Brown eggs/egg whites, are bad eggs). Lol.

Eggs were never my thing... unless I poach them. If I cook them to their nice fluffy yellow state, the whites are too runny for my taste.
I would rather eat cookies and cream ice cream!

I don't understand why you would take a shot like that. You receive a paycheck for your duties, right? Where do the tax dollars come from that make those paychecks possible? Civilians.
If it's a shot at @tenpoundsleft, so be it. You seem like a straight up guy and I appreciate all of our armed services. I've been silently enjoying your thread. I am not looking for any drama, just don't understand the comment.

You sure you're not a female? :)
You definitely hold unwarranted grudges with the best of the girls. Decidedly longer grudge bearing than even my wife.

Anyway, not that I exactly recall what got your underwear in a twist, but IIRC it had something to do with recruiting standards and quality challenges, maybe in the context of bringing (more) females into the services?

Here's a recent article with strong concerns over future recruit quality :
http://taskandpurpose.com/the-military-could-soon-face-increased-recruiting-challenges/

You need to separate my general comments on the current situation from your own historical experience. Sounds like you think I've slighted you personally somehow? That wasn't intended, and I don't think I did. I've done my years in uniform, so why would I mock the military?

Peace

No, wasn't a shot at 10lbs.
Have you ever worked with DoD civilians? Last time I was at the VA, prior to surgery, I sat there while 3 of them argued about which one wanted to take care of me. They didn't know I was the patient they were talking about.
From my experience, they are getting paid at the end of the day no matter what, so they don't care if their work is done or not. The hardest worker in the department gets paid the same as the shitbag.
Take a good worker, and put them in a room full of lazy people, and eventually that hard worker will begin to slack off.

Not arguing, I'm just stating what I've seen. Yeah I get money, but if trading in my paycheck meant better care for the men and women who die waiting for the VA to accept them, I would give that shit up ASAP.

Just to clarify, I'm not mad. Or annoyed wit any of you. Hard to tell on the interwebs. But really man... the VA is a shit show.

Peace

Wearing the uniform, and earning it are two things, sir. You most certainly just wore it.
I can tell by the way you talk, and mock, you're a POG.
I don't hold a grudge, I just don't care for you.

Peace.
