Sounds like a keto diet? Maybe a bit light on fats to be keto?
Is keto what you would have been on were it not for the hand injury?
What's your experience with gains while eating near zero carbs?
BTW, try the Bulletproof coffee - 2 cups of strong coffee in the blender - add 2 tbsp of butter, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 thbsp of heavy cream. Froth in blender - yummy!!!
(I'm on keto now - first time - started 10 days ago, curious to hear what BBs say about it. I'm already below 15% so I'm not like the "typical" person they write about online with 100s of pounds of fat to lose. If I can drop 5 lbs of fat, I'll look great, if I can drop 10lbs I'll look amazing - in my book anyway.)
