testosterone-EQ ratio?

Hello everyone, after dedicating my cycle I have chosen to use EQ as an E2 suppressant, I know that not everyone tolerates it the same but I wanted to ask what ratios with respect to the test you use, my plan was a 5:1 ratio 500mg of test e and 100 of eq weekly, how do you see this? from week 6 I would introduce NPP at 300 mg week, I doubt that this will affect the ratio but so that you have more info

Tbh, I was thinking the same but wouldn't 100mg eq be a little low? I was thinking like 500test e and 300 eq for myself.

This is exactly where I'm going to start. 6 week bloods, and if I can go higher on EQ then I will bump it a bit.

Yeah seems more like it I was thinking starting with 300 test e 300 eq and then get bloods at week 6 and after bump both up to 500 and then maybe introduce anadrol later on for a short time if my bw allows it.

Yeh I feel like 100 is low, I like a 600/400 ratio as high end dose. EQ is really nice for hunger

In my case, my main anabolic is going to be NPP but I will have EQ to be able to use 300g per week if necessary or tolerable, but a ratio of 5:1 may be low it is true, start with 150-200 and adjust from there

All highly individual. However, it is much easier to lower estrogen with that combo than it is to raise it. Start witb higher test to Eq

Unfortunately this is one of those things you have to do with a little self knowledge at the beginning. Some dudes can have a 5:1 ratio test eq and still crash e2. Others can do 1:2 ratio and still take an ai. Everyone is different.

I’d ask myself
1. how much and how quickly do I aromatize?
2. How sensitive am I to AIs?

And start with something you’re comfortable with. That being said I’ve done this and screwed up my e2 recently…

You won’t know much until you get bloodwork. You’ll likely have to keep getting bloodwork and adjusting until your labs tell you the dose is good.

I did 500-400 whit-out a low estrogen reading. You can not realy tell upfront

Its highly personal and may even result in the opposite effect. My E2 was mid range, perfect, on 250:250, increasing to 500:500 crushed my E2 to zero so it doesn't scale how you may expect. 1:1 worked for me at low dose but EQ overpowers the test at higher dose in my case. As @webstar138 says you have to figure it out your self via bloodwork and trial and error.
