testosterone-EQ ratio?

Hello everyone, after dedicating my cycle I have chosen to use EQ as an E2 suppressant, I know that not everyone tolerates it the same but I wanted to ask what ratios with respect to the test you use, my plan was a 5:1 ratio 500mg of test e and 100 of eq weekly, how do you see this? from week 6 I would introduce NPP at 300 mg week, I doubt that this will affect the ratio but so that you have more info

Unfortunately this is one of those things you have to do with a little self knowledge at the beginning. Some dudes can have a 5:1 ratio test eq and still crash e2. Others can do 1:2 ratio and still take an ai. Everyone is different.

I’d ask myself
1. how much and how quickly do I aromatize?
2. How sensitive am I to AIs?

And start with something you’re comfortable with. That being said I’ve done this and screwed up my e2 recently…

You won’t know much until you get bloodwork. You’ll likely have to keep getting bloodwork and adjusting until your labs tell you the dose is good.

I did 500-400 whit-out a low estrogen reading. You can not realy tell upfront

Its highly personal and may even result in the opposite effect. My E2 was mid range, perfect, on 250:250, increasing to 500:500 crushed my E2 to zero so it doesn't scale how you may expect. 1:1 worked for me at low dose but EQ overpowers the test at higher dose in my case. As @webstar138 says you have to figure it out your self via bloodwork and trial and error.

Have found success in keeping e2 smack in the middle of range at 500 T / 400 EQ last year.

This push up I'm running 500T / 400EQ / 300 Primo / 200 NPP and e2 is sitting lower end of normal, feel great and have had the best gains to date.

As been said in here a few times, it's individual - would start at 500T / 300 EQ and see where that puts you. Then adjust from there.

Definitely get your e2 checked as compounds build serum concentration. I started at 500 test 300 eq and had to bring test up to 750 to keep e2 reasonable. As others have said though, highly individualized and the best thing you can do is monitor your bloods often.

What are your hematocrit and hemoglobin levels? Is the increase that significant?

Hey guys I had a question. It’s known that Eq has long half life and takes around 8 weeks(or more?) to achieve steady serum levels.
I’ve been using it for about 1 weeks and already see the e2 being being lowered. I’m usually a high aromatizer and rely on AI when it’s test only. Question is : when the steady serum levels are achieved will the e2 suppression effects be more powerful than what I’m experiencing now ? Currently on 350/210 test/eq.

Appreciate

Everyone is different of course so the best thing you can do is get bloods as often as you can afford while you figure out how the compounds works with your body.

You likely are not even at 15% of serum concentration yet. I would expect e2 suppression to continue climbing. Personally I continued to see suppression climb up to about week 10.

eq as an e2 helper can work but 100mg is pretty low to really notice much honestly. most guys that rely on it for that run it closer to test or at least half. also eq takes forever to build so dont expect quick changes. npp wont change the ratio math but it can make sides feel different even if numbers look fine. labs are gonna be your best friend here cause eq can tank e2 hard outta nowhere.
