33 m , 5'10ish closer to 11 " lol .
Natty weight going in was 182 flucuating +4 or _ 2 depending on food/water intake
3 rd cycle . Started March 13 th

I'll be jabbing test eth along with deca around equal for now 600 mg each weekly . Split into two doses . Adding test ace at 100 mg eod for first 3 weeks along with finishing with it . Have some tren eth supposed to show any day now and will incorporate that and some var I have .
Last few months training has been a bloody night mare . I have gyno removed March 27 and it took a good month n half to get back to it and once I did I badly strained something in my mid back . Thoracic ache like motherfucker which has in turn fucked up my gym days beyond belief . That happened April 1 . Had X-rays eveything looked good Boney wise and disc space . Been adjusted by several chirps who all indicate "sprain " . Had some graston therapy that may be helping . Unsure but it's persisted so long at this point I've just said fuck it and hoped on. Hoping deca and the water retention may speed things like wellbeing along . Still getting my lifts in about eod routine . Will pick it up to full speed by end of the week I'm hoping . Good news is im ripped as fuck and no knees or elbow issues for now lol . I'm 195 lbs tonight and gaining ...
My goals this cycle are : a inch on my arms . A inch on my calfs. Some dedication to my weak areas , forearms, calfs ,abs, obliques , low back .. Etc . I told myself when I had 19" arms id buy myself the sports car I've wanted for some time ... So hurry up grow !!!!
