33 m , 5'10ish closer to 11 " lol .

Natty weight going in was 182 flucuating +4 or _ 2 depending on food/water intake

3 rd cycle . Started March 13 th

Hmm

I'll be jabbing test eth along with deca around equal for now 600 mg each weekly . Split into two doses . Adding test ace at 100 mg eod for first 3 weeks along with finishing with it . Have some tren eth supposed to show any day now and will incorporate that and some var I have .
Last few months training has been a bloody night mare . I have gyno removed March 27 and it took a good month n half to get back to it and once I did I badly strained something in my mid back . Thoracic ache like motherfucker which has in turn fucked up my gym days beyond belief . That happened April 1 . Had X-rays eveything looked good Boney wise and disc space . Been adjusted by several chirps who all indicate "sprain " . Had some graston therapy that may be helping . Unsure but it's persisted so long at this point I've just said fuck it and hoped on. Hoping deca and the water retention may speed things like wellbeing along . Still getting my lifts in about eod routine . Will pick it up to full speed by end of the week I'm hoping . Good news is im ripped as fuck and no knees or elbow issues for now lol . I'm 195 lbs tonight and gaining ...
My goals this cycle are : a inch on my arms . A inch on my calfs. Some dedication to my weak areas , forearms, calfs ,abs, obliques , low back .. Etc . I told myself when I had 19" arms id buy myself the sports car I've wanted for some time ... So hurry up grow !!!!

I just noticed I had said that's gyno was removed 3-27, actually 2-27 .. Not that it matters .

I should also notate that I am on a 1 month trial of Isogenix whey . Along with there flushes . Basically one shake in the am and one post w/o and then Friday after Dinner until Sunday am ( 30 some odd hours ) i clense with there product . Meaning fast . Then Sunday morning i start a giant re feed . I've already done one clense and plan to get 3 more in . The goal is to flush some of the unnessassary toxins and inflammation out . Especially thoracic inflammation out

Legs In typical fashion

Superset 4 stations to warm up 3 sets of leg extensions , to standing ham curls , to hip abductors both ways . Rep range 15 -20 weights pyramiding up.

Leg press . Pyramiding up from 200 #s to around 1000 . Adding around 180 ea set . Then drop setting it for 4 sets to exhaustion .

Then seated up right leg press 3 sets 170, 210, 270 , with calfs done after each set .

Then I grabbed some rope pull downs for max effort 3 sets supered with preacher curl machine followed by Chins for 3 sets .

Back still cramping and aching

Adjustment and grasston in a few I think . If it's not better by mid week next week i may abandon cycle and cruize till better

Yeah skull -- it is , shoot i actually made it like off same as on time this time . 4 months off . Felt pretty good .
Should report I had bloods done 3 weeks post pct and results were like 970 .
I waited another full month or so and tested may13 . 475 .
At 32 before any usage I was 500 . After first cycle I was 496 . Now 475 . Who knows i didn't fast either . Point is after pct and after easing into training natty I felt pretty darn good minus this wierd thoracic strain / sprain
 
Wow that is very impressive to have such a great physic going into a cycle like you are. That first picture you posted is where i would like to be. Those shoulders an arms are on point bro. Lookin healthy an strong as an OX. Good luck to you with this one.

Thanks skull humbled ... As I feel small around other bigger lifters , a disease we all have . After all im a smaller boned dude, least from waist up and knees down lol . I feel more Inline with a frank Zane physique than an Arnold . We all have genetics either on or side or not , I'm probably the More not , but we make due . I should add that my body fat was measured with calipers and came to 7.5 % . I stopped cardio entirely , around gyno removal 2-27 and havent resumed it . Feel like I'm out of breath just thinking about running . Went for a nice outdoor run yesterday though .

Back today was hit with graston therapy , along with Hammies - and then adjusted image.jpg
 
Damn that looks painful but I bet it feels good. Ya I'm deff small boned myself. Your a monster compared to me. I can usually wear husky clothes made for kids lol. I stand a whole 5'4" small an currently at 170. Not sure what my body fat is. I'm usually around 155-160lbs but I'm on 500mgs of test e week lol. I'm sure im holding water but feeling great at the same time. Are those bruises or is that from heat? Whatever it's from it still looks painful.

It's just redness from the doc using a metal scraping tool , it brings blood to the soft tissue and breaks down scar tissue . It's not exactly pleasant but not unbearable either. Hey brother got to think on the bright side , at 5 4 " don't got to heave the weight around as far . Or if you drop something your closer to it . Haha just messing around skull , yeah i carry an easy 10 in water on test .
