I've been working out for a few years, mostly solo, and I figured it was time to join a board. In the gym, I'm about as sociable as a cactus; not much more outside of it. I have been working hella hours lately and am recovering from some pretty serious tendon issues in my left arm, so I'd like to use this board to help keep my head in the game until I get back to the gym and maybe even make some friends.
