Assuming you tolerate both well, would there be any upside to keeping Nandrolone low for joint support and then push MENT higher. Or would you choose one definitely?

IF you can do both it might be good, but the water from the MENT is more than enough for joints imo. EQ is enough for joint support/ collagen synthesis, so the only thing you want out of it is the water weight in/around your joints. MENT does that well enough, so just choose the one you like more. You’d be surprised how often I fucking shit. Cuz I’m constantly eating, food is constantly moving through me. Plus I guess all the fiber I eat helps.

NPP is like deca but right now instead of over a whole season. Everybody is different but Tren gives me aggression and some recovery maybe but NPP will actually make the bar lighter, cushions joints, helps grow tendons, and the gains are easier to keep when you go back to cruise. For me tren is more of a cosmetic compound- I tried it because of all the 3-5x as strong as test hype and found the sides were all hype for me but so were the strength gains.

Next time I play with tren it will be as a support compound along with mast, both around 200mg- the mast for mood and e2 serm like bennys and the tren for aggression and nutrient partitioning- the mass will come from hard work, test, & npp and 8-10 weeks is the max before the whole stack plateaus and gains come slow but health begins to degrade faster.

Of course opinions are like you know what and I know fuckall so there ya go

It does make sense tbh, cuz u can argue if ur getting shit sides from tren, it can hinder recovery/cardio which ultimately leads to less consistent progress.

Last NPP run was 500 test 400 NPP 200 mast. Doubled my reps on some anchor lifts, added over 50lbs to flat bench, gained 18 lbs in 8 weeks, 10 water that came right off in a week after disco, 1 fat that took a week. Ate around 100cals over maintenance. My tren run is not a fair comparison- I ran it to assess tolerance and possible gains but during a cut- ≈400cal defecit except ate maintenance the last two weeks. Ran tren ace starting at 5mg/day and after a few weeks was over 350/week. Last couple weeks were around 400/week. It was with 350 test and 150-200 mast plus 6.6iu GH.

I’d expect more gains on tren in a food surplus but the effect for me was most dramatic as a temporary look along with some aggression. Sides were super tolerable. Everyone is different but I’d compare tren to anadrol- makes training easier & less painful, allows some cns access to strength you didn’t know you had. Where I’d compare NPP to dbol- actual mechanical strength increase you feel, and pretty quickly. The difference is that the NPP gains mostly stayed after while dbol strength is only while the tab runs thru ya.

Again- just my experience and my responses to the compounds.

I just ordered some Oxy, that shit should be the final nail in the coffin to say goodbye to night sweats.

Sweats can also be a pain depending if ur cutting or bulking, on my cut my sweats were alot less probably due to less carbs, even when I was on T3/Clen. On my bulk the sweats get worse.

I also noticed it’s a bit cumulative, the more you use it, the more stressed out you’re body gets I guess and any solution I found fixes the sweats but it slowly comes back with time. Ofc it’s dependent on the person but that’s what I noticed in my case. A combo of glycine/magnesium/taurine made it alot more tolerable tho, but as I continue to use it their effects on sweats lessen. However Oxy should directly reduce sweats even throughout the day if u rly wanted to.

If one is running high test, trest to me is redundant and just a recipe for problems, if one run trestolone in my opinion it should run a TRT dosage of test just for some DHT etc.

If no trest then higher test is ok.

I do prefer low test high EQ and medium trest if I had to choose but then you need to pin daily...

350 NPP or 400 deca

6 - 8 iu GH

Alternate TNE with Anadrol (or just pick one or the other) Pre-workout on Leg / Back / Lagging bodypart days (3 to 4 days per week) - if going with TNE could prob use it more frequently. I love anadrol but don't like running it more than 2-3 days in a row.

Insulin would prob be a good addition, but i have no experience with it.

Test, dht or EQ, & a progestin. Whichever combo you can run for longer, and effects digestion/appetite, blood pressure/water retention, psychological state and blood assay the least. So depends on personal tolerance to side effects— but basically something that isn’t killing you and can be run 20+ weeks & repeated later.

Regarding: mgs /anabolic load, start with minimum necessary to drive growth, so that when it stalls you can add more and have space to “grow into” a full stack.

Non AAS hornones: t4, hgh and insulin, & glutathione on occasion for dealing with inflammation from high hormones and stressful training

If I wanna run high EQ I need trest or dbol or estradiol Cyp or an enormous quantify of twstosterone.

On 1G of EQ I had E2 of 20 with 1.2G of test + 600mg of Deca.

Clearly too much total AAS to not even have good level of E2

And im debating if I wanna add 20/30mg ment A a day if no ment I'll use estradiol Cyp 2mg a week to start. If estradiol. Cyp is to be used tren will be delayed until I have nailed down the correct dosage of Ecyp.

I personally run my TEST:EQ at a 1:1 ratio, so my E2 is rather low at all times (low to mid 20s on high sens E2) so adding MENT should not be a problem at around 20-50mg/week of MENT E. (I pinned .3mls @130something mg once and it felt pretty great all the way until it cleared)
That way you can do EOD pins, or E3D-E3.5D

Now that Blitz is also carrying MENT E, I will probably cash in my early birthday favour from one of my friends and have him buy me a viel (or 4) of Blitz MENT E. hopefully the EO doesnt fuck my hsCRP too bad.

I personally feel like the feelz I get on MENT (outstanding, especially the way I feel in social settings). the way it makes my shoulders, arms and legs look is ridiculous. But now that you said it gets redundant wth high dose test, I am gonna have to go on a journey to see that for myself.

I prefer the acetate version so that if BP starts skyrocketing I can always bail. Quick even so the daily pin are annoying.


I already did 30mg ED and that's is the limit for me, not because of estrogen or anything but because above 30mg ED i started getting high BP on already 4 BP meds so very bad.

I'm debating if I wanna use the ment or the estradiol Cyp. I need one or the other to keep the E2 at a good level as I really love EQ but it murders my E2 and test is not enough to offset the thing.
