I am looking for the Chris Report by Mick Hart? Does anyone have a downloaded copy they could share. I was always curious as to what is outline in that e-book.

Of course my brother I am always traveling to the EAST cause that is where the light is...Albert Pike...The Granddaddy of Masonry amongst other ther things.......I always had problem with some or many of his teaching...too much allegory ..too many occultic references...But then again he did state in Morals and Dogmas that the GOD of Freemasonary is Satan...... Nothing is new under the sun..It is all based off of the original people..The Africans...The Blackman..The Egyptian Mystery System..just twisted into a European point of view...I could go on and on but let me stop.....
 
I downloaded the Chris Report for free but I deleted it. The cycle for a newbie was d-bol and oral winnie for 8 weeks. He also says to drink creatine in black coffee... as far as I have read (and I may be wrong here) caffeine impedes the uptake of creatine and is not advised. Didnt think much of it from there on and as I newbie I learned absolutely nothing.

I saw a thread on anabolicmoinds where a guy has put up a share folder with most of the major e-books available for anyone to access (CME, Chemical Wizardry etc). It was about 2 or 3 weeks ago so it should be easy to find.

Thanks Grim..I found it....I was an average read, but it would be helpful for some one with limited AS experience. If they were to follow what was layed out verbatim they would be successful....Creatine+ coffee..lol. I think he only had Chris doing that just to get the Creatine worked into the plan....but we know better. Hart is a pretty smart guy. He kinda believes in low dosages and 110% effort in the gym to achieve goals........
 
THe "chris report" is total fucking garbage.

The workouts were silly, and the dosages were so low your cat couldn't make gains from them.

Shit like this: 10mg/dbol/day, 200mg/wk deca. LOL!

Mick hart doesn't know his fucking head from his ASS. 95% of the book is FILLER and he keeps saying the same shit over and over again about how he's a proud dad, yada yada.

I wasn't too impressed with any other e-books either. The one ebook advocated doing 4 minutes worth of calve work with LIGHT WEIGHTonce a week! wtf!!!

I'd send them to you, but they are totally fucking worthless.

My advice: 1g/wk test, 50mg/dbol/day, eat like a fucking pig. =Make big gains.

THEN: 500mg/wk test, 75mg/tren/day, eat clean for a 6 week cutter.
