I am looking for the Chris Report by Mick Hart? Does anyone have a downloaded copy they could share. I was always curious as to what is outline in that e-book.

He also says to drink creatine in black coffee... as far as I have read (and I may be wrong here) caffeine impedes the uptake of creatine and is not advised. Didnt think much of it from there on and as I newbie I learned absolutely nothing.
I saw a thread on anabolicmoinds where a guy has put up a share folder with most of the major e-books available for anyone to access (CME, Chemical Wizardry etc). It was about 2 or 3 weeks ago so it should be easy to find.

I wasn't too impressed with any other e-books either. The one ebook advocated doing 4 minutes worth of calve work with LIGHT WEIGHTonce a week! wtf!!!
I'd send them to you, but they are totally fucking worthless.
My advice: 1g/wk test, 50mg/dbol/day, eat like a fucking pig. =Make big gains.
THEN: 500mg/wk test, 75mg/tren/day, eat clean for a 6 week cutter.
