the estrogen route or the trt/hcg route

het guys, i want to improve my mood and body comp (dont we all) but dont particularly care about huge muscles (rather be lean). I am 19 and a primary sufferer. At the moment i am slim but have a fatty chest and skinny arms. I want to improve, but freak out at the thourght of testicular atrophy stopping my alreasdy limited sperm production. in a word, if i block my estrogen, will that be enough to improve my body, or are high amounts of testosterone really necessary for growth. I live in the Uk so dont even know if HCG is available. I have really high lh and fsh levels, so the whole thing is pretty delicate.

any advice would be really appreciated..

Have you had any lab work done - sure sounds like you have. If so, posting some of the results may help get more meaningful responses.

Yes, you can get HCG in the UK..I just don't know if the national health plan will pay for it. Probably not. It's not terribly expensive.

No, especially since you are obviously primary. You are one of the most clear-cut cases of primary that I have ever seen.

Not 'high amounts'; you simply want to bring your testosterone well into the normal range.

According to a response you got in another thread, hCG is available in the UK. This isn't any surprise. hCG isn't a drug; it is an important hormone that is especially helpful for many women trying to get pregenant.

LH and FSH levels are high because your body is saying it needs more testosterone, but your testes just aren't up to the job unfortuantely.

For your own health, you are going to need TRT. You are primary, so you clearly need to go the route of using exogenous testosterone. But hCG will prevent testicular atrophy and should maintain fertility. So I guess you objective now is getting a UK physician to prescribe you hCG with your exogenous testosterone.
