I think I know what the problem truly is with America, it seems you guys think your lives are more important then everyone else's in the world. I truly feel bad for this kid, it was horrible but I assure you that your own soldiers are doing the same thing over there, only they dont videotape it and probably just shoot guys or beat them to death instead of killingthem with a knife. I saw a picture of 3 american soldiers the other day raping an iraqi women but i get the feeling that al you guys saying kill all the iraqis might think thats funny or she deserves it. you guys talk about all these great things but you dont practice it, its very sad. it also seems then whenever terrorism gets brought up its synomynous with arabs, but look at all the terrorism america was a part of, heroshima anyone, nagasaki? what about about the villages in vietnam that were carpet bombed just to bring civilian population down to demoralize the enemy? remember in japan that these cities that were destroyed were civilian targets, ands virgin targets with very little military presence.

i read the article and it seems to me we didnt just invade on a whim..it was 10+ years in the making..britain was cutting us off financially from the rest of the world and then made our coastlines vulnerable to attack...that sounds like self defense to me...not to mention the fact that this took place 200 years ago...times arent the same anymore
