FFS don't use google to find a source. EVER. Go to the official sources website/TG/Whatever that is clearly listed on usually the first page of the official thread. How this is even considered OK is beyond me.

Are you using the link in his first post of this thread? The website is loading ok for me, from the States.

Have you tried variations in the url like with and without www. or http or https ?

If the dns records are goofy it might not be redirecting properly.

I have received the same screen occasionally with other vendors websites. It is usually temporary. It is an issue with cloudflare. It's inconvenient, especially if he isn't around to answer the forum, but it will likely resolve itself in a day or 20
