Being to extreme on either end is ridiculous. We are discussing getting testing done. My point of it was to prove if degradation was really an issue but now we are getting pushback from the loser who makes it sound like a certainty.

Note: 25 deg C is 77 deg F ~ room temp

Yes the kinetics will slow at 298K vs 323K. Still gives you some great insight of physics/chemistry involved when storing lyophilized GH in air over time.

Room temp results should be much better. Rule of 10 deg C tells us that chemical reaction rate should be 2x higher with every 10 deg C of increased temp for activation energy of 50 kJ/mol (yes it is a shortcut approximation). So the difference between 25 deg C vs 50 deg may be dramatic.

Lyophilized samples were incubated for 16 weeks at 323 K. At each time point (immediately after lyophilization, and after 1, 4, 9 and 16 weeks), after rehydration of samples with water rhGH aggregation, deamidation and oxidation levels were measured by size exclusion chromatography (SEC), ion exchange chromatography (IEC) and reverse phase chromatography (RP), respectively.8 At least triplicate measurements were carried out to determine the quantities of remaining of monomer/native protein at each time point.

Fig. 4 shows the importance of excipient package. Kudos to Lobster for having one even if he won't share the exact details including glycine content.

My friend who struggles to understand, I’ve said multiple times that there isn’t even the slightest air inside non vacuum vials.

Then what is in the non-vacuum vials?

I'm browsing around, trying to decide who do buy ~600 IU from. Not a huge amount, I know, so I don't think I'm some big spender or anything, but just pointing out I'm asking this as a potential customer and not just trolling.

But this comment just doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I can understand why there isn't air inside of a vacuum vial - because, you know, it's a vacuum. But what is there instead of a vacuum if it isn't air? Are you pumping argon gas in there for some reason? If it will maintain a seal, why didn't it get vacuumed?

On a side note, reading @Ghoul's post (The Lobster International, US and EU Domestic HGH, PEPTIDES and Turkish Pharmacy), where they were respectfully and commendably attempting to extend the proverbial olive branch and come to a mutual understanding, and then reading the source's bitter response, is rather disappointing. Put the ego and defensiveness aside, display some character and maturity, and engage with people as if they were, ya know, people. Things can be taken out of contex and provoke emotional, aggressive reactions (especially through a text medium), we've all been there, but I cannot fathom a justifiable reason why anyone would outright reject another's good-faith gesture to dissolve a minor quarrel, and instead would choose to continue with insults and mockery. I don't know, perhaps the flaw is on my end, and my meager brain lacks the capacity to understand.

My friend, dragging this issue out and exaggerating it this much without a clear result shows that they have a bias against me and are trying to act like know it alls. Their attempt to justify themselves with information they read online and their deliberate effort to prolong this discussion was completely unnecessary.

The HGH batches I produce are always between 2,000 and 5,000 vials. I have repeatedly stated that there is no more non-vacuum HGH, yet they kept pushing the topic on purpose.

Now, for the last time, I want to make this CLEAR AND FINAL:

There is no more non-vacuum HGH. The small amount that existed is gone. Those who received non-vacuum HGH were not harmed I know this for a fact. The test results will be published within two weeks.

Making assumptions and exaggerating the issue based on what they read online without ever holding a Lobster HGH vial or testing one is nothing but a deliberate attack against me.

That's why I was supporting the member with his questions/concerns. If vial doesn't have vacuum then my conclusion would be headspace of air.
