Just so we're clear, I've never criticized you as a supplier. To the contrary, I've repeatedly held you up a as an example of one of the "good" sources here.
I wake up to this every day

and since the demise of QSC a lot of these messages have been about what I think is a good alternative. For HGH, it's been you (with all the usual caveats about doing your own homework).
A loss of vacuum can happen to any source. As far as I'm concerned, you handled it properly, offering a replacement.
Presumably, as a good businessman and someone interested in quality, you took it seriously and brought it to the attention of whoever's handling manufacturing for you to take steps to minimize the chances of it happening again.
I was merely pointing out to the person considering using vials without vacuum why exposure to atmospheric air is undesirable, accelerated degradation and sterility, both true, and filtering would mitigate those potential risks. That's it. I didn't say you were a shit source, or should be avoided.
The irrational insistence by your fan base (always present at the cheapest source for anything) that vacuum doesn't matter, that the precaution of filtering was pointless, couldn't go unaddressed.
This isolated problem with vacuum, which you took care of, means my opinion of you as a supplier hasn't changed, even if you channeled your inner Tracy for a moment
