Hopefully when some dude's wife get's listeria from the shit you sling, she quickly recovers and you just end up facing the legal consequences of operating an unlicensed pharmacy, and not something worse happening to her, and karma comes kicking your door in.

Maybe not today, or tomorrow, but sooner or later, from some workshop somewhere in China, a bunch of peptide vials are going to end up with some nasty microbe that a bunch of people end up injecting. It's happened with pharma, it's certainly going to happen in the underground.
