Can't let logical thinking go out the window. We aren't defending @TheLobster because we want cheap prices or to suck him off.
Being to extreme on either end is ridiculous. We are discussing getting testing done. My point of it was to prove if degradation was really an issue but now we are getting pushback from the loser who makes it sound like a certainty.
As I said, he could be right but why the hell arent people letting test results speak for themselves?

Release vacuum in lyo hgh vials with air and test at 0, 1, 3, 6, 12 months at x temp? Define.
Also need to agree what we are testing for. Monomer loss? Total oligomers? Monomer percent of total mass by SEC?
See paper earlier. Answer was given for accelerated aging condition at 323 K = 50 deg C = 122 deg F.
Note: 25 deg C is 77 deg F ~ room temp

Room temp results should be much better. Rule of 10 deg C tells us that chemical reaction rate should be 2x higher with every 10 deg C of increased temp for activation energy of 50 kJ/mol (yes it is a shortcut approximation). So the difference between 25 deg C vs 50 deg may be dramatic.
Fig. 4 shows the importance of excipient package. Kudos to Lobster for having one even if he won't share the exact details including glycine content.

Then what is in the non-vacuum vials?
I'm browsing around, trying to decide who do buy ~600 IU from. Not a huge amount, I know, so I don't think I'm some big spender or anything, but just pointing out I'm asking this as a potential customer and not just trolling.
But this comment just doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I can understand why there isn't air inside of a vacuum vial - because, you know, it's a vacuum. But what is there instead of a vacuum if it isn't air? Are you pumping argon gas in there for some reason? If it will maintain a seal, why didn't it get vacuumed?

Pharma uses inert gas backfill. I haven't read here that this source does. Hence if vial doesn't have vacuum then it's air.

My friend, dragging this issue out and exaggerating it this much without a clear result shows that they have a bias against me and are trying to act like know it alls. Their attempt to justify themselves with information they read online and their deliberate effort to prolong this discussion was completely unnecessary.
The HGH batches I produce are always between 2,000 and 5,000 vials. I have repeatedly stated that there is no more non-vacuum HGH, yet they kept pushing the topic on purpose.
Now, for the last time, I want to make this CLEAR AND FINAL:
There is no more non-vacuum HGH. The small amount that existed is gone. Those who received non-vacuum HGH were not harmed I know this for a fact. The test results will be published within two weeks.
Making assumptions and exaggerating the issue based on what they read online without ever holding a Lobster HGH vial or testing one is nothing but a deliberate attack against me.

That's why I was supporting the member with his questions/concerns. If vial doesn't have vacuum then my conclusion would be headspace of air.
As I have stated I have zero bias against you. If/when I switch to UG HGH I'd like to be a customer.
Yet when a member posts he is concerned with his vial pressure I would hope you would avoid pissing on his back and tell him it's raining.

Based on the agreed scope and number of members willing to chip in we should be able to get some data even if it is just monomer loss over a few time points.
Or members can use the shortcut method I provided above to give them some information if they don't want to spend any money (free of charge to them). A small gift to MESO science club.
