Lobster comes through again one week from payment to my doorstep for an INT order.

Like a fat kid in a candy store, I couldn’t help myself when I saw he had IGF-LR3 in stock. Never touched the stuff, haven’t the slightest clue how to use it, but I ordered it like some sort of peptide goblin.

Now I just need to read up a bit and figure out a protocol how to use that stuff and see how it goes in the coming weeks.

I like LR3 and run it at 0.5 mg preworkout. Haven't tried any other dose timing but 0.1-0.25 mg didn't do much for me.

Do you pin it IM into the trained muscle or just subq? What effects did you notice from 0.5mg? I’ve seen people advocating really low doses like 0.05mg (probably because their sponsor sells 100mcg vials at crazy prices).

Also read Type-II posts saying the half-life is just 2 hours, so it might need multiple daily doses. Lots of conflicting info out there.

Personally I’m starting with 100mcg bilateral IM preworkout into the worked muscle and will adjust as needed.

I do 0.5 mg subq in abs but seen other people doing IM bilaterally. I get good pumps from it all over, not just the muscle I'm training that day.

And yeah I agree vendors are probably telling people it works at very low doses because otherwise it would be too expensive for them to make any sales.

You know since you're such a strong proponent of LR3 working, and because I respect your opinion, I bought a kit of LR3.

I'll be using it .3-.5mg pre workout to see what's up. I hope youre right.

Whether I'm right or wrong, still interested to see if I'm the only responder. I don't remember seeing anyone else running [what I consider to be] remotely efficacious doses.

It's usually just "LR3 doesn't work" by guys who ran 0.1 mg, which I agree doesn't work.

I do subq in abs.

I'll try it that way first.

I was getting lr3 from my HRT doc and running 20mcg-> 100mcg a day and didnt notice anything at all tbh lol.

Real increlex is run higher than 100mcg so it would make sense a higher dose is needed.

Let's find out! Maybe I'll even do a short log.
 
I ran 50mcg pre wo and 50mcg post wo.

Gotta say the pumps were amazing at 50/100mcg

Like I had to stop using it on hamstrings day because the back pumps were too much.

I have to say apart from the pump I didn't notice anything else xD

So it goes thrue regular costums then.. but the package just got a label with something else? As they go thrue X ray im surpriced so many goes thrue then
Shhhhhhh - Not labeled ........ or something else. You will see ;)

Just don't order the labeled pharma from a non EU country in to EU that way - it will be caught

yeah but it's a better pump than I ever got from boner pills
