Pro tip: Choose "bronze die" pasta where you can. It's often only a small premium over the "standard" dreck sold in the US, but the lower extrusion temps preserve the Al dente bite and the rough texture allows sauce to adhere better. I'm sure @Sampei would agree with this last point.

I'll be happy to contribute to any testing on non vacuum vials (equilibrated with air) for timepoint testing at room temp (0, 3, 6 months, etc for lyophilized peptide).

This opens up a big can of worms on what oligomers Jano can see. DP3, DP4, etc. I guess DP1 divided by sample weight is good enough for these experiments to assess DP1 over time.

The issue is that the vials in question do not suck the bac water into the vial. I normally have to hold onto the plunger to keep it from spraying into the vial. That abnormality called into question on whether there would be air present in the vile which could potentially degrade the hgh and/or affect long term storage.

I'm just wondering if you have an established timeline for the testing of the no vacuum vials? My vials have no vacuum and it almost seems like they have positive pressure making it difficult to introduce the bac water.

The issue is whether or not there remains to be air in the vial that will affect degradation and long term storage. I guess I just need to take your word for it that everything is fine and ignore my attempts at harm reduction. Never seen HGH reconstituted like that before, but if he’s been in the game for over 10 years, there must be a reason for doing it this way. I’ll definitely give it a try in the future. Every day, I learn something new in our community.

The average member here has little chance trying in good faith to communicate and discuss these issues when a vendor takes a less than good faith, egotistical approach. Your persistence is commendable in raising awareness here. Great discussion because you took the time and effort.
