The Mental game will make or break you

Piss poor planning promotes piss poor performance

The mindset is what gives power behind anything we do as men. It will make you thrive and prosper or it will make you doubt yourself every step of the way and will fuck you up.

Goals. Make realistic goals, this takes planning. Plan before you execute any cycle.

Diet, training and finally the gear. Make a schedule you can stick to. Repetition.

Most importantly, remove any doubt or fear that stands in your way. The positive mindset is what will make it break you. Why would you ever set yourself up for failure?

Be careful who you talk to or they will plant the seeds of doubt in your head. Make sure you have a solid support system. Be secure in yourself.

Research, plan, execute with the positive mindset. Come out of left field and blow the average away.

Now go watch some C.T. Fletcher motivation!
 
It's pretty awesome how he relates his prison experiences to everyday life. All positive with an edge. Im going to see what his programs about when I get off the shelf.

Ive only done jail time. But if you can thrive in that environment, I think you can thrive anywhere. The less you need, the better you are.
