The Nad+ Burn

I'm trying to source all of this so I can test pH and maybe come up with a reliable formula. If lidocaine is needed, or just improves the process, why not, right?

Maybe you saw it, but Tracy made a post in the QSC thread about "Lipo C" coming up for sale (currently testing). Not shilling for him, but he listed the ingredients, one being lidocaine:

Post in thread 'Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd (International, US, EU, Canada and Australia domestic' Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd (International, US, EU, Canada and Australia domestic

So I imagine maybe it's possible to get these ingredients to work. But, at what mixture/concentration? Would these particular peptides degrade and/or aggregate?
Many People Sell Lipo C. Funny enough, It's very hard to test for the components. But the B12 in it works.

I add lido to many of my IM stuff except things with GABA. The NAD one confused me at first, but I guess it's that if the lido doesn't overwhelm the NAD, the acidic nature of lido itself will still make it sting.

I don’t have time to research more but it looks like several pharma brand hgh have recommendations to use sodium chloride for reconstitution.

For instance, Tev-Tropin by Kaiser Permanente (now discontinued) suggests sodium chloride in their drug insert and the drug came with sodium chloride for preparation. Under “How Supplied” section.

Zomacton also comes with sodium chloride for reconstitution.

My ai tells me Omnitrope’s insert recommends both sodium chloride and bac water for reconstitution, but I don’t have time to check the inserts right now but will later.

I wouldn’t dismiss this out of hand without more research. I don’t think it’s pertinent to all peptides, but it sure seems applicable to some.
European pharma loves Sodium Chloride too

You can, please share for everyone. Prost is the company I’ve seen suggested around. My stock is getting low and I been looking around.

I get the gluth from here. They have few different versions. Both with sodium bicarb buffer so no pip qfter injection. Shipping is also very fast. Typically 3 days.

Been working down a collection of pre-drawn syringes of Glutathione (Liver Restore) from Amino Asylum. As sold, it has a very bad bite for me and leaves significant and lasting lumps. Got ahold of the sodium bicarb, and it's been a huge help. I ended up with a 1:1 ratio of AA's glutathione to sodium bicarbonate. I started with 2:1, and it still felt a little spicy. I will say that the bicarb seems a little reactive with the glutathione and had one syringe blow the plunger out the back until I learned to draw very slowly. With the 1:1 ratio, there is hardly any noticeable pain or irritation during and after the injection... and there are no more lumps.

Finally finished out Amino's inelegant product.

Happy to report the Glutaone kit (x10 1200mg vials) I purchased from a Korean beauty site is pain-free. Though it doesn't say it anywhere on the listing, the vial does have text that translates it is "stabilized" with sodium bicarbonate. Way easier than adding it myself. I don't know how to calculate how much to reconstitute given a certain powder weight, but I reconstituted with 4ml and ended up with 4.69ml total. So 78 units a pop is 200mg.

i add 4ml of bac water. that gives me 300mg per ML

Let me preface by saying I think I have a pretty high pain tolerance. I gave a natural birth after 3 days of labor, I have tattoos on my inner wrist and ribs(I fell asleep getting the tatt on my ribs). I used to be a cutter. Etc.

And I have to say this nad+ burn is annoying. Subq 50mg done in 25 units on 1ml syringe. Burning lasts a few hours and IS stays sore for about 2 days. No other reactions.

I know some people dilute it more, but here's my question.

Does diluting it more help more vs just diluting less and injecting smaller ?

Example if I double the bac water and inject 50units would that really hurt less than halving the bac water and doing a smaller quick dose of say 10 units or even 5 units?

It's not the ph of the bac water as I used the same water for other peps and zero burn.
I've found that IM injections are way more comfortable than Subq personally. May be worth a try for you. It still burns a bit, but I push it slowly and it's definitely tolerable.
