hey, I missed this when I first started posting, so here it is (better late then never)
about me, I'm 6'4", 193lbs around 14% BF. Honestly I thought I knew a lot, came here and realized quickly I know very little. hopefully I can get as much knowledge on all this stuff as most of you do, will continue reading and will contribute where I can.
