Well I did it, I finally cut down to 10% bodyfat, But at what cost? I had a meeting at work yesterday and one of the women at the office literally interrupted the whole meeting to say that I lost a ton of weight and everyone should congratulate me. She also made a comment that hit home... If you lose more you're going to wither away.
Panicked I went home and stepped on the scale thinking I was sitting around 220lbs... no, I was 210lbs.
At 6'3" I am now a small boy and wrapping up my first week of pct after running test E for 500mgs 16weeks.
Where do I go from here?
I'm running 2iu of hgh every morning when I wake up. I have also upped the calories at maintenance, to slightly above, still no dairy, no fruit, minimal red meat, all carbs from meat, veggies, protein mixes, rice, starches.
Pct I've dropped my training from 5-6 days a week TB to doing a split 3days a week that I'm gradually going to taper up to 5 days. Volume has dropped from 2-3hour workouts to and hour.
Where do I go from here?
The goal is to do my first competition next spring/summer
I'm getting bloods done and full physical end of September, if everything checks out, I'll cycle again December/January.
Between that time should I try to maintain being as lean as possible?
Or train for strength and put a little bit more muscle on at the cost of raising the bf?
The next cycles goal is to get clean lean gains, TB workouts, ripping for maximum hypertrophy. Diet, like I am now, but doubling portions of lean meat and eggs.

Provirion 25mgs throughout
Hgh 4iu daily
Hcg 1500 iu twice a week
Aromisin on hand
Test E 750mgs 16weeks
Mast E (Not sure what I want to do with it yet)
Equipose 1000mgs
Thinking about injectable winning at the back end
Or superdrol 15mgs as long as I can bare it.
Would you do anything differently?
