The Non-Metal Rock Thread

Saw breaking benjamin live, maybe 10 yrs ago
They opened for Godsmack in Syracuse
They didnt even say a word
Just walked up to the mic and started in
I liked em

I used to have their first couple albums and loved them. Haven't listened to the newer ones all the way through, but from the radio songs it seems like they're staying true to their original sound for most part.

They didn't do much else that I liked, but I love that song and also a chick who can rock out like that.

That was their big one but definitely a hot chick that rocks work

I liked Shinedown a lot when they first came out. They've pretty much sold out for the radio these days though.

Their cover of Simple Man and One were both fantastic.

Not a big U2 fan either, but One is great song.

They are the poster child for poser rock
Whether they earned it or not. It stuck

Yeah, it was one of those rock talk shows I heard that about them on. They said pretty much what you just said, but for all that they actually put on an entertaining concert and did a lot of good covers.
