THL spoke with Para just before xmas. He is ok had some issues to deal with around family not going to post openly on what it was. But suffice to say he aint had much in the way of luck last year but hopefully things can start to improve. He is still out in Thai or was the last time I talked. He did have a short stay in Hospital where things were touch and go. He still uses his old keptprivate addy and am sure he would appreciate picking up with some of you guys again.

He doesn't post anywhere anymore but have told him you guys have been asking after him.

Hogg was a great guy. RONALD was a piece of work to say the least. I heard from Para about 2 months ago. He is pretty depressed but he is hanging in there.Regards,Merlin

God - I have not posted in quite a while - never did post much. But lurked like a mofo. Started out a newbie on the old board and remember Hogg ripped me hard once for believing some musclehead at the gym over the advice given here. Learned so much from this board - always thought it was the best. So many great threads and information. Still stop in from time to time and check out the site. Still training, going the natural route for a while now, marriage and a baby etc...

I remember the hours spent reading every thread, following all the drama - remember dianabol17aa??? Good stuff.
