The Powerlifter's road to 1150lbs / 500kg - TBOL/TEST/TREN/MAST

Hell yeah man get it. I just hit a goal of mine of 505 on deadlift for 6. When do you think you'll be entering a comp?

505 for 6, nice one. As for competition, if I entered now, I wouldn't be qualifying in nursery class lol. Once I hit 1150, its a different ballgame, though. I'm thinking July around there
 
Kicked ass today, lifted nearly 8 000 kgs all together. Its the "Friday" workout in Madcows, so volume is the key. 90 minute workout, kept it up high energy but stomach acid is a killer.

Squat - 152kg/360lbs * 3 (PR)
Bench - 105kg/230lbs * 3

Not quite sure of the tactic for tomorrow ("Monday") ... either I go in and aim for climbing the Madcow ladder or I'll pop a cheque drop and go to town.

So I avoided the Cheque Drops with grace today. Didn't feel all that after a sleepless night. Got some rocking overdosed sibutramine that kept me twisting and turning until 3am. Still PRed though.

Bench - 105kg/230lbs * 5 (PR)
Squat - 135kg/320lb * 5
 
"Wednesday" workout today. Rejigging the DL to 60% on set 2, 80% on set 3 and max on set four did wonders

DL - 155kg/370lbs * 5

That biceps tendonitis is starting again. May need to cut down on barbell bent over row.

Bench - 110kg/245lbs * 4

Am dropping the bent over barbell rows, the biceps tendinitis is flaring up badly. Will start dips instead
 
Am popping out those PRs, which is fantastic considering I am still in my kickstarter.

A bit concerned about my weight seeing I am supposed to start Tren and Mast around the corner. May taper up the tren/mast instead of going full monty from day one...should have been 10kg/22lbs lighter by now. Story of my life :rolleyes:

Too heavy, weigh 105 kgs / 235 lbs. Am on to the sibutramine, need to consider DNP again soon. Its so easy to gain 10 kgs, so difficult to lose them.

Sorted out the DL problem - it must have been the bent over barbell row, which doesn't gel well with my back. Got off them, back sorted out, PRed straight off the bat:

DL - 157kg/380lbs * 5
 
I want to try DNP but it sounds scary....

I was an avid proponent of DNP until I took a step back and had a look at what was happening - the most awesome fat loss in the world was coupled by the most horrific sides in the world: Insane sweating, extreme lethargy, brown piss, "DNP-high" ... and then theres the idiots who don't get things like half time and deadly dose, and literally boil themselves to death.

Used correctly, with caution and carefully dialled in, nothing beats DNP hands down - I think my personal best was 5 pounds per day for 2 days of fatloss without any strength loss, absolutely insane.

Would I advise anyone to do it though? Nah, go sibutramine or ephedrine instead, a lot less sides for good effect.
 
Yesterday, as I injected my quivering buttocks with 2ml of fine trenbolone acetate, I realised that I have almost 3 months left of this cycle and am already hitting PRs.

I'll be moving mountains by June, holy fuck, I'll be moving mountains on top of mountains, deadlifting people deadlifting, being able to fence of the US and Mexico with my front double biceps, fuck, I'll even win the lottery, after benching the building the lottery takes place in. I shall once again reign !

The rest of the night, I had a big pounding boner.

Last workout in the 11-week Madcow 5*5 program. I can highly recommend it, but don't get the flipping app "5*5 Log". Usually, I support these free apps and try to promote them, but this app just fucked things up. Wouldn't touch it with a blowtorch ever again.

Squatted, benched and dipped almost 10 000 kgs today, felt good.

Bench - 135kgs/330lbs (PR)

Now I need to work on my weight (6-7 pounds down already), cut out the creatine, increase the TBOL to 100mg/d while I wait for the Tren Ace to kick in. 3rd pin of tren today, things will start to happen by mid/late next week.

Had a beer yesterday. Stomach reflux no likey. Dreamt of pussy last night. Tren boner likey all night long. o_O

I'm going to think about the next weeks in terms of programming. Right now, I'm thinking Madcow 5*5 for bench, 5/3/1 for DL and as for squat, I can do Smolov or Bulgarian. Probably Smolov.

I'm off to sink 2mls in my shoulder. That'll teach it a lesson.
 
Deads today. 5/3/1 daily max and 50 reps...well, made 42 reps to be precise.

Four pins into tren ace, them testicles are starting a bit of a travel. Feel good, sleep good, first time on caber - 0.25mcg E3D - will see how that gels with me.

DL - 160kg/380lbs * 2 (fail)
 
First day on Smolov for Squat and did 5/3/1 on bench. Last day with TBOL and the Tren ace is revving its engines

Bench - 130kg/310lbs * 1
 
Weight getting back under control - 3kgs/7pounds down in a month, much of it due to the creatine.

Did 5/3/1 bench and second day on Smolov for Squat, kept it going for an hour 20 minutes with great drive throughout.

Bench - 135kg/325lbs * 1
