The Powerlifter's road to 1150lbs / 500kg - TBOL/TEST/TREN/MAST

Had 3 days off last week, hungover more than deload. Maybe it's just fatigue. Been going hard for months now
 
Had a horrible day yesterday. Took a day off. Beat myself up for not eating well, resting well, gaining weight, stagnating on the lifts, over-working out.

Went in this morning and thought I had cracked this little mental nut. Pumpted! But not, 185kg just didn't want to come up from the floor today either.

So .... I'm going to go more lojal to daily max, and when I hit a new daily max, stick at it until I squeeze three of them out consistently. Looking at my logs, that was what made me blast through the ceiling last time. So, back to 180kg DL day after tomorrow.

Awesome workout today, and weight is back where it was a week and a bit ago.

5*5 on bench. Ended up repping out 120kg/315lbs for 3. Stopped by exhaustion, not by pain. Loved it.

Smolov kicks my buttocks, holy shit. 7 sets. 5 reps. 140 kgs - 340 lbs. I'm dizzy and queezy

Started Masteron yesterday, which means I have 8 weeks left of the cycle. With close to 14ml per week, I'll start doing ED shots.
 
Have you ran mast before. N how much mast are you running.

First time running mast my self n wow defibetly one I will be throwing in slot more often. Going on week three at 600mg/wk.

I could choose between 600 / wk for 6 weeks or 450 for 9 weeks. Was advised to do 450 for 9.

Prepare for big ass disappointment after stopping it - the effect just vanishes like literally overnight :-(

Bench today - 5*5, maxed at 2 * 120kg/315lbs. Tendonities getting better.

Smolov with 3 reps * 10 (!) sets at 90%. Couldnt even walk out lol
 
Have decided to take a break for four days, see if I'm just worn down.

Doing daily injections now - 225 test e, 750 tren ace and 450 mast per week, mast is kicking in, love it
 
Back at it. A "couple of days" of break turned into the usual alcohol, food and stimulant fiest. Don't know if it did me a favor, but a good break from the terror regime and left me with quite a few hours to study both shoulder problems and rethink the program.

I'll drop DL sessions down to two per week and have a day of accessories instead, and keeping at 6 sessions per week.

I do feel a bit bad for taking so long off mid-cycle, but my strength is definitely there. Benched and Squatted today, added some dips to prevent the shoulder thing to flare. Smolov had me do 9 reps 4 sets of 127.5kg/300lbs. Am dreading jumping on the scales, it has to be done...
 
Had a great session in the gym today, sweating like a rapist lol. Am starting DNP at 50mg per day and will run for a month if I don't experience sides. If I do, I'll do a 4-day marathon and shake that weight off.

So gym, having read A LOT about the shoulder problems, I warmed up, did some cardio and then spent 10 minutes with various shoulder exercises, light weight, to get the blood into the shoulders.

Hit the bench, did a rep of 130kg/310lbs not too much pain. That's quite good ! Will try 135 kg next time. I know I have a 150kg bench in me, and it needs to come out by summer.

Then Smolov with 5*7 at 140kg/340lbs. Smoked it. It smoked me.

Drug wise, its DNP, 225 test e, 750 tren a and 450 mast per week. A bit of caber every third day and I stick an AI in there if I feel estro bloat.
 
Upped the DNP to 150 today, pulling water, warm and strong in the gym.

My new shoulder cuff warm up routine works fucking perfect, I'm so excited about not having pain. PR coming soon!

Smolov is tougher than ever, with 5*7*145kg/350lbs.

Miss today. I have some ligament issues in the knee and Smolov just killed me yesterday. Left knee fucked up warming up to DL day, had to abort mission. Did some accessories and man dr DNP had me sweating. 150 mg is quite the ok dosage actually. Break tomorrow, then PR for bench :mad:
 
Feel jinxed and less than blessed by the swole gods today. Started my day with 500mcg Cheque Drops. This stuff is potent, its coming in mcg and not mg, holy crap. Had lined everything up for a 140kg/340lbs bench PR and a 10*3@155kg squat Smolov style.

Warm up was good, did my rotator cuff exercises to get some blood into that left shoulder. 5@65kgs flew up like I was benching air. 3*110kgs the same. But at PR time, I set up, got my sleeves and waist band tight, and at decent, the entire thing just came crashing down and hit the safety bar. Fucking painful. Hated it, did some dips and moved on.

Then squat time. On Monday, I had to bail out due to some ligament problems. Warmed up with the bar. Then 65kgs, then 115kgs and that flipping ligament starts fucking things up. At 155kg, I set up, felt strong and just as I was about to decend, my mind got the better off me and I started picturing torn ligaments and my knee falling off and bouncing off the walls. Re-racked, did some lighter weights, paused squats.

Probably spent an hour in there all sweaty and warm and good and hyped, but its defo the worst workout I've had in ages.

Will do an accessory session tomorrow, then ITS PR TIME IN DEADLIFT TOWN. I've got 185 kg ready to be gripped and ripped.

Accessories today. Crunches, vacuum, skullcrushers, bent-over barbell row, military press followed by a good stretch and a 150mg dose of DNP. Spent an hour in there just enjoying myself really. Bliss.
 
200mg DNP today ..... and my first DL PR in flipping ages !

Helped by 1000mcg Cheque Drops, it finally came off the floor. Grip and rip, a bit of a grind from halfways up, gotta think about that, am probably not getting tense enough in my core so I work on a slack which runs out 50% in.

Anyways ...

Shoulder problems again on the bench today. Went slowly up and the pain started at 125kg/300lbs.

Although I spent at least 10 minutes doing rotator cuff exercises, when I hit 135kg/320lbs, I just had to drop the bar on the decent. Thank god for safety racks.

Will buy a tennis ball today and dig into that shoulder. Physio next?
 
250mg DNP today, life is getting hot lol.

Filled up the syringes for the rest of the cycle. Have enough for ED injections until June 9. Need to extend it to the 18th for practical reasons, so every 3rd day, I will be doing 36 hours between instead of 24. My extreme math talent has concluded that will take me to the 18th. I think. Lol.

I like Smolov. 10 sets 3 reps 155kg/360lbs. Week after next, ITS PR time
