The Powerlifter's road to 1150lbs / 500kg - TBOL/TEST/TREN/MAST

PR out of the blue today. Decided to do DLs with lower weights, higher reps, and check this out

DL - 170kg/410lbs * 4 (PR)

If I had had just half a brain - this was early morning - I'd squeeze out another one. With a theoretical max of 190kg, I am back on the gain train ! If I can do 200kg/440lbs by the beginning of next month, I'll be happy schnappy.

And 200mg DNP :p
 
Was going to do squats today, but didn't feel my knees were all that after the PR yesterday. Did some "faffing" around. Power-ups (my left biceps is working again!), 1-plated squats below parallell, abs and bench pyramid up to 110kg/260lbs * 5.

Its good to have these days, especially now that I am training 7 days per week. Do a bit of catch-up on lost exercises, not just max things out, stretch a bit and just hang out in the gym. Loving it.

300mg DNP today
 
300mg DNP, feel very squishy and bloaty. Will run through to Sunday with DNP, then shake the water off. Feel more toned, got that sub-18% look.

Strong as fuck. Smolov squat 135kg/320lbs 9 reps over 4 sets
 
350mg DNP, am all bloated up and losing weight. Will cycle to Sunday, then see how much comes off by Wed/Thur.

Had a bit of everything in the gym today. Stretches. Shoulder cuff. Benched up to 125 before the pain started. Pull-ups with no pain, biceps tendonitis has gone. Or not completely gone, but its not flaring up.

I think I'll go for PR in deads tomorrow, am ready for 190kg.
 
Fueled by 300mg DNP and 1000mcg cheque drops, I was so sure that thing was going to come off the ground. And it
Did. About two inches and then bang stop. Weird, my fails usually stop before I get it off the ground. Did a bunch load of pyramid steps on the way down. Went home.

DL - 190kg/420lbs *1 (Fail)
 
Correction from yesterday: Did 400mg DNP. Lethargic, weak and flat. Off it now.

Stretches and accessories today: 3 * 6 chin-ups, 3 * 8 dips. Did skullcrushers, abs and done, out in 45 minutes including 10-minute warm-up

Water is coming off from the DNP, am sitting around 16% BF now. Getting smaller too! Will post a pic Thursday or Friday

Did dips, skullcrushers, chin-ups, bench up to 115kg/275 lbs before the pain started.

Need to get two more Smolov sessions in before weekend and taking a day off tomorrow. Maybe squat PR Saturday, will see how I feel.
 
Here are the results of low dose DNP over 2 weeks and a smidge (started 28 April):

Lost 3 kilos / 7 pounds, ate like a hog and PRed through the cycle. Compared to tren, it was no real sides until I hit 400mg. Lost 6 kgs/14 pounds all together since March.

With 3 weeks left, I hope I can shave off another 3 kilos / 7 pounds, getting back on the DNP mid next week. I will inchallah break 100kgs / 220lbs next week.

Smolov today. 3 reps 7 sets of 150kg/360lbs. Got a bit of a numbing pain in the right knee. Going for 10 sets, 3 reps of 160kgs/380lbs on Saturday. Then I'll break a few days before I get on the PR train for tailend of next week.
 
Tooted around in the gym today supersetting throughout. Crunches, vacuum, followed by bench up to 105kg, then paused bench.

7 * 3 chin-ups with bodyweight. Some army presses. Dips 3 * 10 body weight again. Skullcrushers.
 
10 sets 3 reps 160kg/350lbs Smolov squat today.

Felt so good, I supersetted set 9 and 10. That gives me a theoretical Max of 190kg/450lbs. Very Happy about that. Will take 3-4 days off, then go for gold the last three weeks
 
Back in there, 4 days off. Got a stomachbug so will take it easy on the orals, hate walking around thinking I'm going to puke.

Rotator cuff, dips, 3 sets light squats, pull-ups, abs and some skullcrushers
 
Taking a few days off is bliss. Getting drunk, staying drunk, getting some of that pootang.

Worked heavy singles today, 2.5 kg increments from 165kg.

PRed easily, Smolov rocked my world

Squat 180kg / 430lbs * 1 (PR)

Will probably squeeze out 190kg/460lbs next week
 
Got hold of some injectable clen/yohimbine. Testing it out at 1ml/day.

Also bought some muscle balm, 3 times stronger than tiger balm for the shoulder. Worked my way up to 130kg/310lbs on the bench and it was ok pain wise .

Will try working up to a 140 kg PR in two days.

That stuff burns ! Got a massage ball too, that shoulder is going to get it nuclear stylee ...
 
Ended up on one Saturday. Beers, mohitos, vodka&red bull, in the club until early morning. Got three hours sleep and spent yesterday eating crap food and hanging out with friends.

Needless to say, today in the gym was sub optimal. Worked on deadlifts, pyramid up and failed at 175 kg / 385 lbs. Can't be superman every day right :confused:

Back on the DNP at 200mg, and the clen/yohimbine at 1ml. Upped the test slightly to 300/week and keeping Tren at 750/week while popping 600/week of masterone.

2 weeks left of the cycle, time to home in on the last stretch :cool:

And look-wise, here it is in all its glory, sitting just under 18%.

Tried pyramiding up to 135kg / 315lbs bench today. Failed at the top, but it wasn't that painful. It came off the chest and then fell down again. Maybe try 130kg/305lbs next time and see if I can get 2 or 3 reps out. Pyramid down again.

Abs, chin-ups, dips, army press. 300mg DNP and just popped 1ml of the clen/yohimbine mix.

Gained 2 kgs / 4.5 lbs overnight. That DNP is pulling water. All carbed up, feel full and good.
 
Woke up this morning. That 2 kg / 4.5 lb I gained last night was gone. Weird.

Tried hitting 190kg / 460 lb squat on a 3-set pyramid at 65%, then 85% then max.

Lost a bit of my balance unracking, full mental fuck-up, quarter squatted, re-racked, ran out on the streets, hijacked a car, shooting mothers and kids and goats, running over old people then fucking and stabbing half a dozen whores while I screamed on the top of my lungs in what sounded like ancient Greek I think.

Meanwhile in real life, I pyramided back down to 65%, did 5 reps of pause squat, then bailed. Looks like I'll take the Cheque Drops out next time.

300 DNP already in the bowels, and a ml of Clen / Yohimbine is about to hit the syringe.
 
Weight stayed the same, and another poop day in paradise.

Remember I did the 4 * 170kg the other day in DL? And then I got cocky, tried a 190kg 1RM PR? I dialled it back to 185kg today and failed miserably. Didn't even lift an inch. Pyramid down and even 105kg/250lbs felt heavy.

Did some skullcrushers, had a shower and a wank. Life better now.

So I have 14 days left of this today before I have decided to not PCT, but to cruise. That means its back on the TBOL at 100mg and I need to get those PRs in. Will go heavier in, be more consequent with my 65%, 85%, 100% pyramid up to PR. I am doing 1100 lbs / 500 kgs now without too much of a sweat.

But I did want to get 1150 out of this run. Its just finding the balance between losing weight for the beach or keeping muscle for the heavy lifting.

Anyways, I'm off to pop a new tub of TBOL.
 
Squishy today, DNP is sucking water. Will run it today and tomorrow, then done. Jumping over to sibutramine the last 10 days.

Also did my first day with 100mg TBOL as a polisher yesterday.

Squats today. Pyramid up, 5*5*3, then a double, close-to-parallell 180kg/430lbs. Its all in the head. Will run parallell in two days, then try to get 3-4 reps out of it before increasing to 185kg. Rinse, repeat, add 5. Pyramid down.

Pulled a muscle in the back yesterday. Agony.
