I did some upgrading to the pulley system on my power rack this weekend and set up some bands to help me increase my bench and shit is going good :cool: The pulley system is smooth as fuck and with the bands I'm able to press 315 for 5-6 reps where as no bands I'm at 275 for 2-3 reps. I'm able to press more with the bands, but it's in no way easy lol. I'm ordering a full boar slingshot right away as well to switch up assisted bench and hopefully by mid summer I'll be pushing 315 for 3-4 reps unassisted.
