I did some upgrading to the pulley system on my power rack this weekend and set up some bands to help me increase my bench and shit is going good
The pulley system is smooth as fuck and with the bands I'm able to press 315 for 5-6 reps where as no bands I'm at 275 for 2-3 reps. I'm able to press more with the bands, but it's in no way easy lol. I'm ordering a full boar slingshot right away as well to switch up assisted bench and hopefully by mid summer I'll be pushing 315 for 3-4 reps unassisted.
