well guys I’m here because I need some advice on training
I’m curious about how you go about getting your lifts up. Like if you train low weight high reps one week then next week you go high weight low reps.
When you guys do drop sets on bench let’s say do you drop 5lb every time or 10lb every time or drop 20lb.
Or do you guys just go balls to the wall till failure on every set, most likely not if natty I know. Just curious about how some people on this board train as far as reps how many sets also there overall organization of training like how often they switch up exercises how many exercises for each body part.
