Some people like to live off the land and stay away from the garbage in the grocery stores and some people do it for sport. I don't agree with the killing of animals solely for sport. If you kill something you should use the meat and not just kill for the sake of sport. I don't like the guys who go out and think they're tough because they killed an animal with a gun,but i don't hang around guys like that. All the hunters i know go out for the meat. Alot of guys are great cooks and love making dishes for the holidays. I know a guy who makes a killer(no pun intended) venison stew.

Alot of it isn't just for fun.....Take deer for example...You want to keep the population in control...If you have a shitload of deer, then alot of things get fucked up like peoples farms and shit....When the deer are way overpopulated you have a bunch of the stupid fucks out in the middle of the road gettin hit by cars....Do you want to hit a deer going 65 mph?? Here in Oklahoma we have that problem all the time....Hell one of my friends a couple of years ago almost lost his life cause he snagged a deer with his truck.....So some of it isn't just for fun.....It is to keep population under control and deer meat will last you a while........BTW have you ever made deer jerkey....That some good shit.

O yeah,that's the biggest reason the hunting season keeps getting pushed back a week every year. The damn deer are humping like crazy.
