Thinking of ordering Legal Muscle

I don't know how old it is, but a lot of people say it is a good read. What do you guys think, is it entertaining at all, it better be informative....And have there been any serious law changes that we made after the book was printed? I would hate for the book to say one thing and then get popped by the postal inspector and learn the hard way what the laws are....

Legal Muscle

Its a solid book and to my knowledge it is up to date. I met Rick Collins at the Arnold Classic this year and got my book there. I was thinking about buying it for awhile like you but when I got to talk to Rick and was able to scan through the pages it was all the convincing I needed.

I'm not completely done reading it yet but it has had extremely valuable advice thus far...... Very good knowledge on what the gov. can and cannot do regarding mail.....countless examples of controlled deliveries and what you should and shouldn't do...how to avoid confrontation with the authorities ETC. the list goes on and on --- ITS A GOOD BUY

THE STEROID BIBLE on the other hand is NOT. Worst book I have ever read on steroids. Even has prolific grammatical errors. Don't know why I brought that book up but DON'T BUY IT!
