Felt really run down today but got through the workout. Felt a bit weaker today but could be due to the lack of sleep and stress.

The wifey will be starting her var run in a couple of weeks and I am pretty excited about it. It gets a bit interesting when we are on a run together. Sometimes we fuck like jack rabbits and other times we fight over the stupidest shit. Should be fun lol. She is starting her var run a bit heavier than she has previously but has acquired a bit more muscle mass it appears than before as well. Currently she is about two weeks into a cut and just finished juggernaut, so she will be running it back to back. I am pretty excited to see her final numbers as well since she has put on more muscle mass since last year.

Tomorrow is the last main lift day for the week and it is squats followed by an extra push day so I am ready to kick things up a notch intensity wise and see what my new training maxes will be for the next phase.

Today fucking sucked. Really disappointed with the reps on final sets today. Again felt really run down and tired. I was also pressed for time and was supposed to do another set of leg presses, 4 sets of standing calf raises, and then finally some planks. I didn’t do any of that. Felt like garbage. Excuses are a dime a dozen though.
Today I weighed in at 195.7lbs. Going to workout tomorrow(day #6/push day) and then take two days off. Going to look over my food intake and increase calories. Usually do all my meal prepping on the two days that I have off. Diet has been immaculate and body composition is looking better and better but I want to add on more size.

Today felt better than yesterday and was pleased with my top sets of the floor press. Never attempted 3 plates on floor press but I have generally done them previously with lower weight and higher reps. Hoping there will be a lot of carryover to my bench. My weakest part is generally at the bottom so I am hoping this will help with that sticking point.
 
The past two days were scheduled off days. So a couple of points I want to bring up for those of you that are following and are interested. Weight is tapering downward so calories are going to start tapering upward. I will be adding an extra meal. It is going to be 7 meals on workout days instead of 6. It will most likely be 6 meals on non workout days instead of 5. That meal will consist of another 35-40 grams of protein, 60 grams of carbs, and 5 grams of fat. From here on out if that is not achieving the results that I am looking for then I will be tapering up the carbs even more at each meal. Fats will remain the same.

I started taking p5p instead of vitamin b6 a couple of days ago. I haven’t noticed anything due to the change.

I am currently taking .5mgs of arimidex every other day and am still feeling nipple sensitivity. I am also thinking that the lump that I have from pre existing gyno is getting bigger or is completely mind fucking the shit out of me. Nevertheless the nipples are sensitive and am highly considering nolva at 20mgs on my non AI days or even dropping the arimidex to injection days like I previously was doing and adding nolva on Tues, Thurs, and Sat as an added protection. The shitty part about this whole thing is that I live in a state that doesn’t allow me to obtain my own bloodwork. I would have to go to a doctor and get it prescribed which is what I already do every six months due to TRT. My last blood panel was good. Cholesterol was borderline high but everything else was in range.

I will most likely be getting gyno surgery in the future but am very nervous to pull the trigger. My main concern is making my chest appear even more deformed than it is now with various dents and craters post op. I also know that it also depends highly on the skill of the surgeon. Regardless surgery is not happening soon.

My two off days were ok. Diet was on point, caught up on a bit of sleep, and went to town with the old lady. Food is also all prepped for at least the next 6 days. Besides breakfast and shakes the weekly diet is primarily going to consist of chicken thighs, flank steak, brown and white rice, potatoes, and various vegetables. Fish is still twice a week. For example today was salmon in the air fryer with dill dip, sweet potato fries, and mixed green salad. 3 days prior was shrimp in the air fryer with mccormicks blended seasoning, brown rice, and mixed greens. The salmon meal is loaded in calories yet easy to scarf down and I don’t feel bloated as fuck either.

Wifey starts her support supps Monday for her run. She usually takes them for a week prior to her run and one week after her run ends.

Had to cut the workout a bit short. I wanted to do another set each of dumbbell flys and dumbbell lateral raises but couldn’t because I was short on time. Didn’t get a chance to do my usual band press downs either. I will incorporate them later on in the week though.
I was definitely a little disappointed by the numbers today on bench. I was hoping to be around the 15 rep mark but it just wasn’t there. Makes me wonder if I will have the 15 reps tomorrow for my deads. Anyway the 12 reps on bench only brings my training max up from 340lbs to 350lbs for the next phase.
 
Forgot to mention weight. Today’s weigh in was 193.7lbs. So still going forward on the extra meal added in like previously stated and I am also increasing the post workout meal another 25 grams of carbs.
With the extra meal and the added 25 grams post workout I will be adding over 500 calories per day on training days. It will be about 300 calories on non training days.

Wanted to get in lying leg lifts but was gassed out.

Well I didn’t get the reps that I wanted which was 16 but I did walk away with a rep PR so I guess I will take what I can get. It is looking more and more that I probably won’t PR in weights but most likely in reps in the next two phases. It is not what I wanted but I don’t see me making big jumps anymore in weight during the 5’s and 3’s phases of the program. I guess we shall see.

Upon waking I did feel like I looked a bit more fuller so I am hoping the extra calories are doing their thing. I am definitely putting in the work. My sciatica seems to be acting up already after today’s session. Weigh in is tomorrow so I will post it then. I can’t see myself going down in weight anymore. It just doesn’t seem probable.

Today was up and down I guess. I didn’t feel strong on lat pulldowns but even after all of the back work I felt good and strong on the incline dumbbell curls. Fucking weird. I am going to have to start wearing straps for my dumbbell rows soon. I have not been using straps specifically on those to help build up my grip strength, but they are really tearing up my hands.

Also the gear that I am running was recently tested and appears that there is actually hormone in it and I am not pinning just sesame oil so that is a plus, even though it is a bit under dosed. I am not too impressed with this run though and I feel like it has to be said that I had much higher expectations. I know a lot has to do with diet but I figured I would have a much more fuller appearance. It is my first time running deca even though I have ran npp previously. Mentally I do feel good. I am noticing that I am in a much better mood than before and some lingering pain in my right shoulder is virtually non existent. Still experiencing some pain in the elbows and haven’t noticed any relief there.

Weight has stabled out for now and I have not gone down in lbs. I am still sitting at 193lbs from about 4 days ago. When this week is over I will most likely be upping the calories again. I am thinking about incorporating mk677 back into the mix after this week too. I will most likely run it at 30mgs 1 hour prior to bed. Still haven’t decided whether or not I am going to run D-Bol or tbol on the back end. @Mac11wildcat gave very knowledgeable info on why to run orals on the back end and not for a kickstart to a run. The guy has contributed a lot to meso and is filled with a boatload of knowledge so I definitely appreciate his posts.

Tomorrow for squat day, at 193lbs bodyweight I am hoping to hit 370lbs for at least 12. I guess we shall see.

So mentally I have been feeling good but I am noticing that my sex drive is starting to tank and tank bad. This is especially rare while I am on cycle and I don’t exactly know of the cause. My sex drive has never tanked on tren or npp. My weekly dosing is still 300/300/420 of test/deca/mast. I am currently taking arimidex at .5mgs every other day and 20mgs of nolva at night. The reason being was because my nipples have been extremely sensitive and I believed that the gyno on one side felt bigger. Definitely tender to the touch.

This is definitely starting to effect me mentally especially knowing that the wifey will be running a var cycle soon and I obviously want to be running at peak performance for that. Any suggestions?

For tomorrow’s workout I am not sure if I am going to continue on with floor presses or fuck around with the slingshot for a bit.

Still seem to be suffering from ED. Strength felt good today and am looking a bit puffy. Still feel ok mentally despite the ED but it is definitely affecting me. Elbows were pretty sore after today’s session. Time to take a couple of days off and get back to work on the next phase. Usually if I am just on trt I will usually do a deload after each phase. When I am blasting I usually never deload.
 
So.... started the run about two weeks ago. Decided to run it as follows: deca @ 50mgs, test @ 100mgs, and mast @ 80mgs on M/W/F bringing the totals for the week 150/300/240. Had to drop the hcg because my nipples were beginning to get very itchy and I began to get worried about it...... Over the years I had learned that I was gyno prone the hard way.

Been training using the juggernaut method and calories have been increased. Other than the nipple sensitivity been feeling pretty good. The plan is to taper up to the original planned doses as the weeks go on if I can tolerate the lower doses, as well as, the calories.
So far so good.

Haven’t updated this in a while but don’t know if anyone is interested in it. I could log it if people are interested but currently sitting at 202.4 after a week of trashy holiday eating. Decided to change course a little bit by lowering the dosages that was originally planned. The deca and mast are going to remain the same but I am lowering the test from 525 a week to 300 a week. Primarily because I am concerned with estro(being estro sensitive) and the sides that come along with it. So basically:

Deca @ 300 week
Test C @ 300 week
Mast E @ 420 week.

Still not sure if I am going to run dbol or tbol on the back end. Took a week completely off due to travel. Kind of excited to start it back up.

Yeah you definitely did misread. Although body composition was much better before all of my injuries on just my trt dose. Trying to build up my strength again though.

Currently on 300 test 300 deca 420 mast per week. Strength has just started to increase slightly and today during my workout I felt very good mentally than I have been in a while. It could have also been a way to escape all the nonsense that is going on in the world as well though.
About the ED. I see you lowered your test. I have been there and done that, and test prop fixed the ED that evening. Now, if I run Deca, I run it 2:1, test:deca.

I don't know if you are married or not, but if you are, fix this.

You think the test dose is not enough for ED problems even though my mast is in the equation too at 420mgs weekly?

I haven't experimented enough with mast to know, sorry. I have added mast in to cycles, but to be honest I have not yet figured out what it is doing. I ran a lot of it precontest, and I have added it in bulking cycles, too, but so far I just see a reduced need for AI. Since I do not use AI much, anyway, I just am not sensitive enough to figure out what is going on with masteron and me.

I was suggesting you experiment with raising the testosterone. Like I said, I experimented by using test prop, and, due to the shorter ester, it fixed my issue by that evening so that the wife was happy. That told me how to fix it, so I just raised up the test:deca ratio using the test ester I was already running (I think it was cypionate at the time).

It may not work for you, but you really won't know until you try it.

I will be back here to update tonight. Trying to get all my prepping out of the way for the upcoming week.

Instead of dbol I have decided on T-bol on the back end for 6-8 weeks. Will be running it at 50mgs per day. The reason being is due to the high estro symptoms I am getting in the nipple area and am hoping to increase libido with a test based oral that is not a wet compound. I will definitely consider increasing the test as you have suggested but I was hoping to keep all injectables to around a gram or less. Currently I am 20mgs over per week.
