My sister's boyfriend who is a really nice guy that i respect a lot and even consider a pretty good friend had surgery the other day. He was having surgery to remove part of his small intestine because he had a rare disease where he had ulcers on his intestines which kept him from having any appetite at all and even causing him to have pain whenever he ate. Needless to say he is very skinny and was always asking me if i would help him bulk up after his surgery since he would have a normal appetite afterwards, I told him I would be more than ghappy to help him out.
We'll here is the bad part. He got surgery two days ago and the doctors said that everything went better than expected, but the day after he was bleeding wayy more than he should've been and his blood pressure dropped tremendously so they had to do a blood transfusion and go back into surgery to try to find and stop any internal bleeding. Well, the doctors found nothing and another day passed and the bleeding has not stopped, his blood pressure is down to 60 over 40 !!!! He is going back into surgery tommorrow. He is in and out of consciousness and he is absolutely terrified. I am hating this for him and my sister as well because she is such a sweet person and this is killing her, and he is a great guy who i respect a lot. I am pretty worried for him. I just needed to get this out, and ask ya'll to keep him in your prayers, his name is josh. thanks.

So far it is looking better because his vital signs have improved (ie: blood pressure and such) so i am hoping it might be all done and just time for healing. wow does that stink, sorry to hear that about this dude, I hope all goes well for all of you, sounds like this cat is a great guy for your sis, let him know we all prey for him, let us know if you need anything, tell him to hang in there and for him to wait to see what you have for him when he gets better, LOL just trying to break the ice a little,

Well guys josh is doing a lot better now after his last surgery and is having visitors and stuff now..he says he is feeling a lot better. The hospital is hoping to be able to relesae him on monday. Just thought i would update everybody. Thanks for all your prayers. it really means a lot.

a freind of mine has Crohn's disease and he had a similar operation about 5 years ago. since the operation he has had no more complications, and looks better than ever (no gay jokes).

i hopes your sister's bf does as well. glad to hear he is fixing to be out.............................best wishes.
