I figured I'd post a thread here.
Stats:
44yo, 193lbs, 5'8", normally around 12-15% bf I work out alone so I have no max bench/squat/deadlift numbers to throw around. Let's just say they're not impressive.

I am on trt so I went looking for info about 2, maybe 2 1/2 years ago. I found another forum that had a dedicated trt forum and stayed there for all this time. Only venturing out if a google search took me to another forum, but never registering at any of them. It was almost inevitable that I would start blasting and cruising once I committed to trt for life so here I am, learning new stuff all the time to be smarter about it all.
 
Short answer is the bodybuilder look. Don't care much about the ego of pushing heavy weights. Continue reading if you're bored.

I have only been lifting seriously since I went on trt. I'm just looking for a certain look, but being realistic about it as well. My normal weight is in the low 180's. I'm currently on a bulk and would love to get to 210, possibly 220. My problem is being able to eat enough calories to gain the lean mass. I had (and still have somewhat) abs for a while and now my wife has become accustomed to them so I can't dirty bulk to meet my goals or she starts telling me I'm getting fat. lol

I shoot for 3000 calories per day, mostly clean eating. I haven't done cardio in about a year and a half because I've wanted to get over 200 lbs. I like to train each body part twice a week or else I start to feel fat and flabby, but small nagging injuries keep popping up as my lifts get heavier. Latest one was "throwing/kicking" a heavy dumbbell into position for shoulder press and didn't quite make it so I tweaked something in my shoulder. This week and last week I've done a deload and only hit each body part once and it's better.

I blast occassionally, not because I'm at a plateau, just because I like it and i add a small amount of mass each time. I don't drink, I don't smoke, don't use drugs, so this is my one indulgence, I guess. I research each thing before I put it in my body, manage my estradiol, get proper blood tests, etc. In my mind, I make it as safe as possible.

I was wondering when you were gonna figure this out!
Just go ahead and take a late start, but throw some homophobic and racist slurs in for good measure.
 
I know this doesn't make sense with me posting it in this thread rather than the thread that has me raising an eyebrow, but with this forum being unmoderated and flaming is allowed, I sometimes have a hard time determining when someone is "taking the piss" (or is it taking a piss) with another member and when someone doesn't know what they're talking about.
 
Oh, and what's the next step after member? Active member? I need to get to well known member so people take me seriously. lol

Good content will get you taken seriously. The titles actually mean nothing. There are 3 awesome members who requested to just be members, didnt change their content.
