Thoughts on Arimidex dosing?

They both bind in the same way, it's just that arimidex only binds temporarily but exemstane binds forever. To prevent a rebound from arimidex, you don't need ever increasing doses. Instead, a regularly administered dose is needed so any newly freed aromatase can be occupied by the circulating arimidex. For the record, I've never had any kind of rebound type thing on adex.

Exemestane is a better choice, get bloods done and assess your E2. For me 375mg/ week TEST E, 6.25mg Exemestane (1/4 of 25mg tab) keeps just under the E2 range.

I have never had problems dosing Arimidex. I have over 20 lab results posted on this website probably. My estrogen is always in range. If you want your estrogen in range most people take 0.5 mg for every 100 mg of testosterone. That will usually keep it in range and even up to 1000 mg of testosterone. Sometimes I take a little bit less like if I'm taking 250 mg of testosterone I will take 1 mg of Arimidex with every 250 mg shot. That usually keeps my estrogen at about 35 to 39. I know some people like to keep theirs higher so just adjust accordingly and blood work is how you can make sure this works for you. And I don't want to hear it from the people that 4 mg of Arimidex is a lot. Says who? They prescribed children up to 7 mg a week with no bad results for various reasons in hospital settings.

i recently had bloodwork done and my estrogen levels were at 70 pg/ml so i started .5 mg of pharma arimidex once a week to lower it would that be a start to lowering my estrogen, then i will take another bloodwork in 3 weeks to assess? Any input would be helpful TIA

my tt was 2089 and ft was 629 shbg was 36 would that be considered a good ratio as far as those numbers indicate? would my 70 e level mean im a high aromatizer?
