If thats you in your profile picture it looks like the only thing you need is a better food plan and more time in the gym

What part of your physique and programing requires 3 anabolics, hgh, thyroid support and dnp?

Unless you are 80 pounds heavier than that picture, you don't have enough contractile tissue to need all that.

I should add the TMT stack is more for pros getting shredded and stepping on stage or recomp cycles. If you are strictly cutting you should be just fine with test, maybe mast. Could probably even bring the doses down unless a mass monster. 6iu HGH. Just my 2 cents

Too much, completely unnecessary, and DNP alone sucks, you need something alongside it to control hunger, and absolutely get rid of the t3 too
 
That's just about as much test / mast / tren as I used to cut from 250 to 225. And 2x as much GH as I used. And no DNP (nobody should ever use this). I think it's a bit much if that's you in your profile pic. You really only need gear if you are trying to preserve muscle that you built beyond your genetic limit in a steep deficit. You'd be shocked how lean you can get with just 250 mg of test and good diet.

if you are the guy in the pfp ( I hope you are not if you are considering takingthese doses)
If you are the guy in pfp, just go on a steady bulk using Test+GH, and ancillaries as needed, up until you weigh ~230lbs.
might take a few years.

after that, you can do your recomp TMT stack.

hands off the DNP tho. we had someone leave the forum prematurely recently because of DNP OD.

That’s not him. That’s an old pic of Jon skywalker, who fucked himself up taking gear and is now in heart failure and has a decent chance of being disabled or dying within the next 2 years

Up NAC to 1600mg and omega 3 to 2-4g epa/dha. Zinc to 15mg.
