If I was too test it, how long on T4 should I wait before drawing?
I would do it for 2 weeks if I was testing. Has a half life of 6 days

Thanks again man. Curiosity might get the better of me. I will post the results if I testI would do it for 2 weeks if I was testing. Has a half life of 6 days
I appreciate the advice. I jumped the gun before I got the results back and order some T4, assuming I would need it. Would there be any harm in adding it for a week or two and seeing if it makes any difference? In terms of Loss of BF
You’re right. I’m not going to do it, I’ll keep testing and if I need it I’ll add it. Curious what downsides could happen? Why on earth would you start messing with your thyroid when you are in perfect range? You will not gain any noticeable gain from your "experiment" only possible downsides.

Ya I’m not going to mess with it, I’ll continue to test every month or two and adjust accordingly. You will stop your natural production and you have stellar numbers
Everyone is different when you start introducing exogenous hormones to your body.So for a person running GH almost all year you suggest to use T4 the whole time? At what dosage? Don't know man it seems to me a bit to much. Maybe run it the first 6-8 weeks ok but the whole GH run?
Just the man I wanted to askEveryone is different when you start introducing exogenous hormones to your body.
With that said I wouldn't recommend running t4 the whole time you are running your GH for extended periods of time.
You should normalize after the 4 week mark. Again it could drop but should return to normal naturally while running GH. It will fluctuate some.
