Thyroid t4/t3 usage

I understand that when you take t4 your bodyconverts it to t3. And if you take straight t3 it will shut down your natural thyroid but if you take t4 does it shut off your natural thyroid as well? When using then coming off do you still have the same lag peroid for your natural thyroid to kick in again like when using t3?

Ran that shit for a week a couple years ago. Fucked me up bad, caused major major anxiety attacks.

Felt like ass for about a month after. So take it as you will.
