Ok been debating putting up a log. here it is.

Primary Stats:

32 M, Vanilla brother, pre cycle am weight 178 . 5 ' 11' , maybe 5' 10 without shoes, i seem to be shrinking as my back slowly degenerates.

Cycle: sep 23- jan potentially feb. we will see as it goes. Going to use TE, TP together for around a gram a week, plus 350 mg ew of NPP. using some dbol now @ 20-40 mg ed but am experiencing horrible bloat, and stomach cramps, so may drop it but strenght is undeniable right now 2 weeks in.

Pre cycle bloods done right before pinning. natty test is at 496. Was at 500 at 31 before ever touching the juice. PCT meds on hand , pharma this time, plus a cple boxes of HCG for the end of this ride.

Injuries to beware of: just finished up a blast of tb500 , and im currently running blk tops @ 2-4iu ed, but am most likely to drop them after this kit, and wait unit i can grab a bunch of pharma or ... who knows. My injuries seem to be fading quick. for example i had two narly cases of medial epicondylitis in both arms (golfers elbow) . I have this bitch just about gone for good. did chest and tri today, and hit it hard, no brace, and only felt a slight twitch of the ever so common elbow pain. it lasted 1 second and havent felt it in days otherwise. Its been the DMSO, faithful stretching , supination movements, massages, dry needling, nsaids, water therapy that has helped plus rest. I had to take 1 mo off while off cycle last month actually. I did end up with some subq fat on my lower 6 pack im not so happy about. anyway i also toar my right pec, and that has jsut about healed too. So really im back to 90-95% injury free. fucking nice, knock on wood. and believe me i got wood to knock on, no blood check needed.

Food: Chicken, chicken , chicken. buying huge packs of Normandy veggie mixes from costco, lots of rice, pasta, oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, is the mainstay. I am sloppy about counting, but I do have a fitness pal, and every once in awhile ill get stoned and try to calculate macros. probably the most important step but im a slacka and a foodie

training. 5-6 day split. intense. lots of supersets, and drop sets. Working smarter not harder. i have too many injuries to play MR ego, so ill only do that when i see a hot chick okay?

Goals: Id like to hit 205-210 at 10% bf or lower. however most important id like to bring up the bi peaks that are trailing, and overal tricep size and defintion of the horseshoe. Other lacking areas ill focus on , is my abs, no i have that subq fat to burn, and also my outter sweep needs size, and i could always use more calf size. Id like to get to a solid 17'' arm . with a pump im 16.25 or so , i thought closer to 17 last cycle, but who knows, im measuring them now seeing about 16 and not very stoked on 16s.

Ill probably add some more tongight and a good before set of pictures. Im sitting mid day before dinner at 196 right now, up from 178 2 weeks. like i say BLOAT..

and Gr8whitetrukker, i think your build more ecto than me being more mesomorph. Im quite a bit smaller i believe.. so 16s for me is like 17s or 18s for you ;)

anyways id be happy as shit with 18's but i think thats a year or longer away . solid 17s will have to do for now.


i thought id get some better pics of my back and fronts but this will have to do for now..

Btw I think im probably the furthest from ectomorph. None of the definitions fit my physique lol.

Your quite metamorphic as well. Shoulder to waist ratio is good and you naturally lose fat quickly. Didn't you say you used to be a fatty when you were a kid? If so I cant imagine that! You look very much at home being ripped.

Your cycle log was the 1st I followed when I joined here so I will follow this as well. Staying tuned

Hey GreatWhite.. Yeah id like to bulk but in a clean way without adding too much subq fat. .i am shopping between Cosco, and Walmart, and really trying to reign in a serious diet. Yeah i was fat for like 2-3 years. i was in California Youth Authority, and the doctors thought my anger was bi polar, and etc. So they put me on 3-4 drugs, that blew me up, i mean from 130 pounds soaking wet to 250-260 in months. I still have bicep and thigh strech mark scars . there light and hardly noticable, but the stage 1 gyno was also developed during this stage. Took me off the meds, and bam right back to health skinny teen. fucking doctors. probably was aromatizing like a motherfucker, or progestron related, but they never bothered to check blood when they lit someone up with meds back then. meds were the answer to all problems for mental quacks back then.

Strong whats up Man? ! thanks bro, i think the pic is acutally maybe after i came off last cycle, but still pretty accurate. ill get some pics when my gf has some time to do it for me. Yeah the healing has been a process, but just when you think you cant overcome something the body does its thing to right the wrong. Crazy are ability to naturally heal given the right environments.


Today was my relaxed day in the gym,

worked Calfs, Abs, and Low back.

Calf presses on the smith machine, on the leg press, and the sitting machine. 3-4sets of each almost to failure.

Hyper extensions, supersetted with ab raises, supersetted with a situp machine 10sets

some pushups to pump some blood into my soar ass chest (yesterday was chest)

Done .. I managed to work my calfs so good, i felt like i did a entire leg day. puked in my mouth just a wee bit on the way home. I didnt swallow. sitting at 193 this am, and 195 now before lunch.
 
Hey Tile, how long did you wait to start this cycle? Seems like you did time off = time on from your last cycle, with time off including pct.

Also, swallow that shit, you need to keep those calories.
 
I waited 3 mo .. i cycled for 4mo plus 1mo pct, so shouldve waited another 60days if i was being conservative. I did pre cycle blood work and my values had returned to normal, so i really had to ;).. i have a out of country trip in feb, so i needed to hurry up and hop on. I think im going 12 weeks, but may go 16 again right up to the trip, skip a week, come home and start pct .. maybe.. not sure yet.

also went through my meds, and think im a wee bit short of TP, NPP , and TE, need a cple bottles of ea, may in turn order some Tren or Mast to finish with a sweet synergestic effect. what do you fellas think?
 
ALL MS oils for now. getm dbol and var sittn around, not sure if its good or not but gunna incorporate.

Are you sure thats stage 1 gyno? Lol im not purposelly analyzing you nips man...fuckin weird, grown man talkin about another dudes nipples

I've never had a doctor confirm this . .. It could be glandular tissue I assume ... But there is a small lump under each , and the nipple is bigger than it was or IMO should be ... But wen it's cold there normal even with the lumps . It happened while on all those meds along long time ago
 
Well anyway you look great! Im jealious over the ab development. I havent seen my abs since I was 210 or so that was way back in boot camp days. I gotta get my shit together
 
Thanks man .. I'm doing everything I can as I approach mid 30s to be conscious of my waist ... To keep my abs . If I don't watch out it's a fine line because I'm genitically inclined to have a gut . Father , fathers father type shit . I quite doing cardio a few months ago but have gained a bit of fat for it . Contemplating adding some in here and there
