Ok been debating putting up a log. here it is.
Primary Stats:
32 M, Vanilla brother, pre cycle am weight 178 . 5 ' 11' , maybe 5' 10 without shoes, i seem to be shrinking as my back slowly degenerates.
Cycle: sep 23- jan potentially feb. we will see as it goes. Going to use TE, TP together for around a gram a week, plus 350 mg ew of NPP. using some dbol now @ 20-40 mg ed but am experiencing horrible bloat, and stomach cramps, so may drop it but strenght is undeniable right now 2 weeks in.
Pre cycle bloods done right before pinning. natty test is at 496. Was at 500 at 31 before ever touching the juice. PCT meds on hand , pharma this time, plus a cple boxes of HCG for the end of this ride.
Injuries to beware of: just finished up a blast of tb500 , and im currently running blk tops @ 2-4iu ed, but am most likely to drop them after this kit, and wait unit i can grab a bunch of pharma or ... who knows. My injuries seem to be fading quick. for example i had two narly cases of medial epicondylitis in both arms (golfers elbow) . I have this bitch just about gone for good. did chest and tri today, and hit it hard, no brace, and only felt a slight twitch of the ever so common elbow pain. it lasted 1 second and havent felt it in days otherwise. Its been the DMSO, faithful stretching , supination movements, massages, dry needling, nsaids, water therapy that has helped plus rest. I had to take 1 mo off while off cycle last month actually. I did end up with some subq fat on my lower 6 pack im not so happy about. anyway i also toar my right pec, and that has jsut about healed too. So really im back to 90-95% injury free. fucking nice, knock on wood. and believe me i got wood to knock on, no blood check needed.
Food: Chicken, chicken , chicken. buying huge packs of Normandy veggie mixes from costco, lots of rice, pasta, oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, is the mainstay. I am sloppy about counting, but I do have a fitness pal, and every once in awhile ill get stoned and try to calculate macros. probably the most important step but im a slacka and a foodie
training. 5-6 day split. intense. lots of supersets, and drop sets. Working smarter not harder. i have too many injuries to play MR ego, so ill only do that when i see a hot chick okay?
Goals: Id like to hit 205-210 at 10% bf or lower. however most important id like to bring up the bi peaks that are trailing, and overal tricep size and defintion of the horseshoe. Other lacking areas ill focus on , is my abs, no i have that subq fat to burn, and also my outter sweep needs size, and i could always use more calf size. Id like to get to a solid 17'' arm . with a pump im 16.25 or so , i thought closer to 17 last cycle, but who knows, im measuring them now seeing about 16 and not very stoked on 16s.
Ill probably add some more tongight and a good before set of pictures. Im sitting mid day before dinner at 196 right now, up from 178 2 weeks. like i say BLOAT..
