I re measured them arms there close to 17s like 16 1/2 without a pump . I know I'll get 17s out this cycle . It's looks freaky on my frame but ur right 18/ 19s are the dream

My 17s look small on my frame. I'd kill to add another 1' on my bi's. They lad behind so bad.
 
Well My journal has been a bit neglected..

I had a few days off last weekend, for out of town. Pulled my low back or cramped it up with a lock up doing some dumb shit. Feel much better, got back on the horse on Tuesday...
have had some very nice workouts . strenght is up there. Had blood work pulled this AM..

Today i did back, and after not pulling for over the extent of my back injury, now 3 years, (im a year or so post surgery now), but lived with it for a bit..

anyways I did some Rack pulls, and it felt just fine on my lumbar spine.. Gunna start incorporating them weekly.

Weight wise i havent been able to push much past 202-204. usually wake up around 198 -199 now and go to bed toward 204. I am eating a shit load of food , much more consumption then last cycle. Last cycle i was leaner with each passing day.. this go not so much. But bulk is the goal, so bring it. Also , have not noticed any increase in vascularity.. which is a bummer, only week 5 though.

Are you doing just as much cardio as last cycle?

naw none, havent done a lick of cardio in hmm least 4 months.. lol . wanted to bulk up , whether i lose the 6 pack or not.. i think it may be working.. wen i come off , ima hit cardio up on double time pct through off time

it seems things are good n well.. everyone i can think of has stopped me to tell me how huge i look.. friends, security, hospital staff, blood drawers.. gym goeers.. it dont stop .. people certainly notice the hard work
 
@tileguy123 thats good stuff right there. It's hard to tell when you see yourself everyday. Then there are the people like you just mentioned whom notice right out the gate. Glad to see that hard work is paying off.
 
i always take a before cycle picture wearing the same exact clothing or whatever and snap the same after picture wearing the same shit in the same spot to see the difference...plus like you, everyone who hasnt seen my in 2 months thinks im a different person lol...

its all in the wheaties.....
 
yeah it sure is nice having that shit pointed out. Im guess im the opposite of some.. I have this gal i see everyonce in awhile, for PT, and she will massage my joints and what not.. she told me today, that she doesnt have a mirror in her house... that she was changing into some holloween shit get ups she was buyn at the good will, and she looked int the mirror , naked, and was like, damn thats a nice body. . anyway I thought it was very odd, since I spend a hour at least in the mirror a day. .cant help that shit lol.
the gym should be charging me for all the silver im using ...

Like i said earlier, two security guards TSA stopped me flat out in my airport security, and their like, excuse me sir, you wont be able to carry those guns onboard.. all serious and shit, we all had a good laugh that day.. but it happens so often now, its crazy to think how much shredded to the max bbers get stopped..probably everyday..
 
yeah that blood drawer, thought she was so slick this morning. But its wierd, its like when i have a pump, i know my shit looks good and swoll up.., but if i sit infront of a mirror, ill convince myself in about 10seconds that im small, and my waist sucks.
 
and @strongsafety41 did you mention in Nitrusts thread, that you hopped on NPP? that shit is a charm huh? how much you going? 300mg ew im feeling great joint wise. . and that chest tear only messes with me on certain flys.. depending on how im set up..

shit i was doing mad chinups today.. nothing. now i use a rubberband , to assist parts of the decent, to insure forearms stay right..
 
Yeah Walker, I wont be sastisfied till i hit 17.5-18.5 arms, with big old quads, with that outer sweep , tear drop split.. looking right. ive got so far to go that is for sure.. size for my legs will be crucial, and upperbody wise just refinement, plus bi peak . .but i have a feeling the way im working arms, is blowign them the fuck up..

i see so many guys only hit arms from one or two angles. heavy too, swinging back monkey type shit. Im on, so for natty guys this might not be possible , but im training with mad volume, for instance ill hit ,

5-6 sets of preacher curl machine, suppered with vbar cable curls
then move onto
hammer curls 5-6 sets , sometimes grueling drop sets.
than ez curl bar, or now my arms healed ill go barbell last cple weeks 5 sets
then seated isolation curls, light high rep
finish with single hand preacher curls with dbs..
then ill go work my tris till absolute failure..

shit dont even hurt the next day, its one group that i find hard to exhaust, and they do seem to be growing..
