lol you only have to stop AAS for like a few weeks. the number one thing you got going for you is your lean. you are the best candidate for gyno surgery. you will have the best results, cause he will not leave that much glad in you, cause your lean.

well i hope your right , i cannot wait to have these fuckers done up. hopefully i can slide it inbetween the mayhem of all my other bills
 
All medical records are tied to your SS#. Once a lawyer has your social he can get your medical records as long as you sign a waiver

I saw a gyne commercial for rispadol which was one of the meds I was force fed during my gain to 260# of fat teen and when I spoke to a attorney they said they needed a doctor to say I has that condition and proof of

I was prescribed zorloff and some other stuff for PTSD. I found out it kills sex drive as well as cause gyno. I went to the dr. to check for gyno and both times I was told no "I don't have gyno" I told them I was on these prescribed medicines and they told me that those medicines do cause gyno and if I had it, i would be taken care of
 
im wondering now if they have any chance of attempting to claim it was aas instead of purberty induced with medication type gyne. ima call around to a lawyer to follow up irregardless. thanks mgh!

Good question. But the answer should be in the onset of your gyno. If you had gyno (documented as a diagnosis in your medical records) years before you took steroids than it should be pretty clear the cause of your gyno was not from steroids.
 
Yeah never been officially diagnosed. i mean its obvious to me. .theres glands the feel like peanuts under them , and unless i pinch them or stimulate the nip , they are puffy. I called around and most firms say they can get the records, just need me to get a official diagnosis, but there saying that you must have been under 20 taking the rispadol, and under 30 while filing the claim. FUCK !!!!

That fucking sucks! So close... It's always something my friend. I'd say try and file it anyway. Make them tell you no. Under 30 to file a claim ... That sucks!

idk they said it varied from firm to firm, thats not a law. ima call around tommorrow a bit. the other qualifying factor is the official diagnosis, + med records showing you were on this drug. Im honestly questioning myself.. my dad thought it was depecoat, but they had me on 4-6 meds, and honestly there probably all in class action suits, and one of them lit me up with 120 pounds of pure fat and girly lumps, so wtf.. . . i wish i would have looked into this 16 years ago , and been a 18 y.o million air with a new set of tits.
